Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Wow. this is by far the best of the series.....
Review: Book 4 of the Night hunter series has Dan Brady, whom his family was abducted by people seeking a greater power when the time is right, getting clues as to where a Shrine might be and actually a chance at confronting the Cult group who has abducted his family. Along the way, he meets up with a local ghost hunter whom he and some farmers opened the Shrine, and unleashed something terrible, who would then go toe to toe with this Cult....sort of.

I thought this was the best book as the characters were played beyond well, with you feeling you were in their shoes, especially Dan. Robert Holdstock (Faulcon) didn't write any more horror after this and I do not know why, but I am in the process of seeing if this book has what it takes to be made into a movie.

As I write this, I am still waiting for book 5 and 6. I finished each of the first books in five days in between working and spending time with my two kids. Again, you will NOT be upset at this buy; in fact you will be as frustrated as I was, trying to find the other books (I was lucky, I went two weeks without any luck to suddenly there were two copies at $1 a piece here at Amazon!!).
