Summary: A truly exciting find
Review: Manawydan kept me on the edge of my seat. Excitement in each chapter, I couldn't put this book down. The characters spoke to me as I read about them and their lives. I was able to clearly visualize what I was reading. During the storms at sea I saw images from the movies "Perfect Storm", and when the "Devil's Breath" appeared I saw, "The Fog". I could see this massive ancient ship on the open sea with its terrified passengers as the water rips across its decks and spills into the holds. I could feel their fear, their helplessness. The villain, wicked, and out of his f'n mind. The heroes, Great! Manawydan contains a wonderful heartwarming love story too. The historical facts and graphic descriptions in the book were shocking and enlightening. The African legends and folk tales were brilliant. And what happened in San Francisco was hilarious madness. Reading Manawydan took me on a journey around the world and into the netherworld too. I'm looking forward to reading whats coming next from LaErtes. A true natural born storyteller.
