Rating: Summary: Delightful characters, delightful story, delightfully told! Review: I was surprised at how well written this book is. This was a first attempt by author Kristin Sims, but I believe this book is the first step in a very successful writing career. I couldn't help but fall in love with the main character, Rachel. All of the characters, in fact, were so real they could have been plucked right from my own life. It is a rather odd story of over-coming adversity, the biggest adversity being that the primary character herself is dead. She battles throughout the story with her own fears, her regrets of the past and the parade of strange people who move into the home that she haunts. It is witty, smart and uniquely told. I never expected that I would laugh at a story about a ghost, but it is also surprisingly funny. This book is a real treasure. It's serious subject matter is balanced by it's charm and acuity. Bravo, Ms. Sims!
