Summary: My biased opinion
Review: As editor of this volume, my opinion is completely biased. However, I've just learned this book has made the Preliminary Ballot for the Bram Stoker Award. As well, 5 of the tales have garnered Honourable Mention's in The Year's Best Fantasy & Horror, Vol. 16. I do hope you'll pick up this title if you enjoy tales of mood and atmosphere. I think you'll enjoy it.

Summary: Wonderfully creepy
Review: As is the case with any anthology, not every story worked for me. There aren't any clunkers here, though. It's a varied and compelling book, with something for everyone. The overall tone is one of despair and melancholy, yet tales of revenge and lost souls searching for love and redemption are also prevalent. Quite a good book, by all accounts.
