Summary: Good News for Struggling Writers!
Review: The good news for aspiring authors is that if "Tower of Evil" can get published...just about anything can. The book is just awful, not only is it poorly written, the story is astoundingly stupid. There is no character development, and the main character, Shannon, the too tough for words/too dumb to believe, is simply dull. The books jacket notes make this sound like a pretty good thriller (people trapped in a highrise during a blizzard with unexplainable evil running loose). What they fail to mention is that the "evil" in question consists of, among other things, possessed male genetalia?????!!!!!!! This thing isn't even good for laughs, not that the subject matter isn't worthy of a chuckle, but the poor writing will simply leave you scratching your head. I see copies listed here for 1 penny..trust me, "Tower of Evil" isn't worth that even if you got free shipping! Stay away from this stinker!

Summary: Nasty Fun!
Review: this is a good book, if u like gore, and perversion. For the most part i found it comical, there were many perverse things going on in the book. I liked it, it made me laugh.

Summary: Nasty Fun!
Review: This is the third Kisner novel I've read ... and by far the best. I hated to put this one down. The main character is a sassy female security guard who spends the midnight shift in a downtown Indianapolis office building with creepy-crawly monsters with a penchant for sex. I laughed so much I still have to hold my intestines in with considerable effort. I highly suggest "Tower of Evil" for anyone with a healthy sense of dark humor, but beware the sex (mostly mean) is graphic. Other books of his worth reading are "Slice of Life" and "Earthblood" or you could try "Bad Blood" and "The Battle for Barnstable" by Alan Brooker or the "Blood High" series by Darrell Lane (all in the same vein as "Tower of Evil").
