Summary: My all time favorite!
Review: Cries of the Children was the first novel I ever read. I loved it so much I couldn't put it down! It has been years since I read it but it's impression on me will remain for my lifetime. My only commplaint is the difficulty in finding this book or any others that might exist by Claire McNally! A true master piece in the mystery novel world!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A Fascinating and Disturbing Book with a Strange Ending
Review: I found this book at a garage sale and was quickly devouring the pages. It was a real page turner. The whole premise behind the book was one I had never before encountered - three young children turn up lost with no recollection of early lives. They become attached to three adults who irrationally cannot call police and find themselves strangely drawn to these children. Then suddenly the children are gone, off to rescue a boy who communicates with them through telepathic voices. I would give this book five stars for interesting beautiful writing. The ending, however, was a tad strange. That does not mean it was a bad ending, mind you, just one that did not interest me as much as the rest of the book.

Summary: The Cries of the Children
Review: I got this book from a friend and I did not read it right away, but when I did I could not put it down. I am not usually interested in science fiction or horror, but this book was great. I am actually reading it for a second time to pick up all of the stuff I missed. I think this book is excellent!
