Review: Although this book isn't likely to top best seller lists anytime soon, anybody who is even mildly interested in the occult would definitely find this book interesting, to say the least. The book received such a high rating from me for several reasons. Having a slew of quirky characters and perhaps one of the most innovative and creative plot lines that I have encountered in quite sometime, Atone takes us on a quick paced and highly engaging journey that not only unravels a mystery almost beyond comprehension, but one that also tugs at the very threads of the human psyche. Whether you find the journey enjoyable or frightening, this book will absolutely make you think!
