Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Hell of a Scare
Review: One thing when I do this review is that I got to know Terry via the site AuthorsDen and read of a few of the stories before they were going into the collection. This book is one that I recommend for those who like a good scary style of horror fiction. The story that stands out for me are too many to name but if I was to just pick two, I would pick "Black Monday" and "The Outpost." I will comment more on The Outpost because it was a story the builds up as the wrap around, and this is something that becomes a signature for Terry. I actually got a signed copy of this one via UPS by Terry himself; this is one of those few books I actually read in two days. Impressive work. Terry's style of writing would call up John Carpenter colaborating with either George Romero or Rod Serling. It is one that is written for one reason -- to scare the living hell out whoever reads it.
