Review: I am a children's librarian and use Velcome with 4th graders. I am always amazed at how well the book works and at how it anticipates the audience response -- it helps if you read with a campy Transylvanian accent. There is no better book to read if you have visiting 4ths, especially around Halloween.

Summary: EXELLENT!
Review: I HAVE READ THIS BOOK FOR STORY HOUR AT MY LIBRARY AND THE KIDS JUST LOVED IT! THERE WERE 350 SECOND THROUGH SIXTH GRADERS AND I HAD EVEN THE TEACHERS ROLLING WITH LAUGHTER! IT BECAME A VERY POPULAR-IN-DEMAND BOOK AT THE LIBRARY.

Summary: Very funny and entertaining for the 5 to 40ish group
Review: This is a little like a Mad magazine yet for some little people this is the perfect book to show them the world of reading and stories. I read this to a 5 year old who has gone through trama and is not into to school. I enjoyed it and so did the child. This is a book he really got into laughing out loud and answering the questions "Were you scared?" "Stop reading if you are scared" For the right child, one with a sense of humor, this is a good book.
