Summary: ``Wishes Granted, Fortunes Told``
Review:

Hoh's 'Nightmare Hall' series really is excellent. The story of college students who always have horrific things done to them. Well, 'The Wish' is no different; with all the horror, chilling and downright brilliant things that happpen. Alex notices a Wizard who grants wishes. Everyone is excited, and they all want to have a turn. Everyone except Alex. Julie wished to be beautiful, then she ended up in hospital and her face will be distorted for life. The wishes went on like that, and they all were granted. Only they wern't the way they wanted them to turn out. Pure terror, and cold feelings.

This book keeps you reading until the end. It gets straight to the action, no stopping to mention things that don't matter. First chapter: Crash. Straight to the point. One of Hoh's talents. She might be a nice woman at heart, but she knows how to scare you good. Great read so buy today

Summary: Wes Cravens Whismaster, The Wish : both crap
Review: From the start this book is a lot like Wes Craven's Wishmaster, except The Wish was a little better. Like Wishmaster, it has clever ways of granting the Wishes, and at least The Wish had a proper horror feel to it. Overall, this book wasn't great, I felt so let down after reading it

Summary: This book will keep surprising you.
Review: This book is wonderful. It is about a girl named Alex who is in college and goes to a restaurant with some of her friends and notices a scary mechanical wizard. Ever since she and her friends saw the wizard bad things started happening to Alex and her friends. I liked this book because it kept you in suspense. It tells a good story too, it's not just about how some little boy lost his dog. It keeps on surprising you as you read it because what happens does'nt even come to mind that it will happen. What I did'nt like about the book was that they added a character who does'nt even need to be in the book. She's just an annoying girl who really plays no role in the story. But it's an overall good book. It's probably one of the best books I've ever read. I recommend this book to pretty much anyone. Especially if you like scary but not too scary books. This author has written alot of other scary stories too. They're also very good. I would recommend almost all of her books to lots of people. Some of her books are more intense than others. But they're all good.

Summary: Uh..................No
Review: This book was originally gonna get 2.5 stars from me, but thats not an option, so I gave it 3 stars. This book was just....Blah! I mean, it was so unrealistic. I mean, the wizard was actually real. I dont remember this book to well cuz its been about a year since I've read it, but I remember one thing. I think it was that one girl wished off 10 pounds or something, but the wizard let her keep losin weight til she was in the hospital. Do yourself a favor and dont read this book. Read "The Roomate" that was /actually/ a good book. Probably the best book inthis whole series.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: it's about a girl someone is trying to kill.
