Summary: what a lovely creature
Review: pike's Last Vampire series is the best. i read the first one six years ago at the age of 12. now i am 18 and still in love with sita!! she is the most amazing character ever written. she truly loves the human race...which i respect b/c she is not one of us! (i do know she is not real;) these books taught me a lot about life, love, and acceptence...about being diff, and that even the strongest need time to love themselves...i recommend these books!!!

Review: This is 'the' series. Christopher Pike cannot get any better, you will absolutely fall in love with Sita. He takes traditioninal vampire folklore and tosses it out the window. If you read nothing else by Christopher Pike, I urge you to read this Series!. You will love it!

Review: If you weren't facinated by vampires before this, you will be. Sita is a wonderful character, and you're with her all the way. She's no vampire of folklore, cringing at the sight of a cross, or hidding from the daylight. Christopher Pike is an excellent writer, not one of the best, but I could hardly put the book down untill I finished.

Review: I could not put this series down. All 6 books were my favorites, I cannot choose between them! Sita is the most amazing character I have ever read about! I love how many of Pike's characters are strong females, and Sita is no different! As you read the stories you can see the settings because Pike described them so wonderfully and you can see yourself next to Sita. The series got better and better instead of really good and then failing at the end which is a vast improvement over so many of the other series I read. Anyone who like Pike or likes vampire books should read this. You will love it!

Summary: THE BEST BOOKS BY THE BEST AUTHOR!
Review: These books make up the best series ever written. You can't read one without having to go out and buy the rest. I know, cause I tried. They are written so perfectly, it actually sounds as if it's Sita telling the story. They're about a girl named Sita, who is a 5000 year-old vampire, and all the problems she encounters and has to overcome. I was swept away by these books. They are certainly the best books on the subject of vampires ever written.I recommend them to everyone, no exceptions. Even if you don't like vampire books, you should definetely give these a try. Take my word for it- you'll love this series.

Review: This is the best series of books I think I have ever read. They are seriously the kind you cant put down, and are full of mystery, suspense, horror, and wonder. Sita, the protagonist, is a vampire and has been for about 1,000 years. She is smart, witty and has amazing powers, such as literally being able to leap buildings in a single bound, etc. While she does kill others at times, she isn't portrayed as a bad person, and I absoloutely love her character. This is defienently a MUST READ! I reccomended it to my friend and she borrowed my book, reading it within just a couple days. She also loved it! Pike is an EXCELLENT author, and he sometimes strikes me as being almost a genious with what he writes, especially in one of his other fantastic books, "the Starlight Crystal." Definently read these series--and all his other books for that matter--I gaurentee you'll enjoy it.

Summary: Vampire with a Soul
Review: The Last Vampire series are my favourite books. As soon as I read the first page of the first book, I just fell in love with the character, Sita/Alisa. This is not just another vampire story, it's a tale of love and loss and selflessness. Sita develops rapidly as a soulful character, she acts as a vicious creature, but she loves and feels as a human. It has a perfect balance of love, violence, mysticism with a touch of comedy. The stories are written with excellent detail and with enough emotion so that you can feel everything that the characters feel. This story changes the way that you see vampires and goes against most of the cliches. I need a box of tissues everytime I read the books, which is usually every couple of months. I only wished that the story would have been extended beyond six books.

Review: This Book is one of the best stores i have i heard in a long time. It tells of a vampire who thought she was the last. She has to save her love or die tring. a good romance story. Action and great detail. A good find for horror fans
