Summary: Very Disappointing
Review: A book which contains a story by Peter Crowther I expected alot more from. I certainly expect to see better from Crowther in the future. I have always enjoyed his writings. Braunbeck was excellent as always.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Conspiracy Files....A winner!
Review: All of the stories in this book were great, all of them had me on the edge of my reading chair. My favorite was "Dei Gratia" written by Peter Crowther and Simon Conway, this story touched the realism in our 'Medical Community'. I would recommend reading the book, it's one you sure don't want to miss.

Summary: a solid anthology
Review: All of these stories are first-rate and work with a chilling effectiveness. The standouts for me were the stories by Braunbeck, Monteleone, and Piccirilli. Tom Piccirilli's "Thunder of the Captains" is my favorite though; it's a horrifying tale a conspiracy between heaven and hell that will leave you breathless with its execution and ramifications. A truly wonderful dark fantasy piece. Pick up the anthology, you won't be sorry you did.

Summary: A Walk Into The Unknown
Review: An Anthology at it's best. Reading through the tales your shifted in and out of reality, into adventures of the possible. My favorite was "Dei Gratia", written by Peter Crowther and Simon Conway. This tale captures realism in our lives and makes us fear the outcome ahead. The story is prehensible in the readers mind. These two dexterous and creative writers get "Two Thumbs Up".

Summary: The book was lacking alittle......
Review: Crowther has always been such an excellent writer. Escardy, etc. This story just did not do it for me. I think solo would have been a much better choice for such a fantastic writer. Conway in time will mature and has potential which I believe experience may develop. In general the book was fascinating but could have been better in my opinion.

Summary: Not even worth the $5 dollars i paid for it !!!!!
Review: I expected more from a fine author such as Peter Crowther. Crowther should be careful who he pairs up with in the future. Characters like Simon Conway can really drag you down. Is Mr. Conway even a published author besides this horrid book? My guess is no. I would not recommend this book to any of my peers.
