His tropes remain constant, and the entire book succeeds in first capturing attention then inspiring readers to begin their own inner quest. Like Weinberg's A Clear Path to Healing, the theme deals with health as more than simply a physical journey. It depicts a well-rounded person, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I was captured from the very beginning! A must-read for anyone on their own Healing Quest, whether they are taking their initial steps or continuing their lifelong journey!
