Review: I even fell asleep while reading this one because I was reading for HOURS. I usually have to read a sentence 4 times before I can really understand it, but his writing is so mentally stimulating that I have a picture of the scene as soon as I read the words--and I can't stop. Not too scary--not gory; but an edge-of-your-seat feeling right to the end.

Summary: A Good Creepy Read!
Review: One of the last books I read of Stephen King was Rose Madder and it was a big disappointment. During that time, he must have been in a lull with books like Dolores Claiborne and Dark Half.(However, I enjoyed Green Mile) I tried out Bag of Bones and was impressed!! It had the eerie, creepy, haunting feel of the Stephen King I've been a long-time fan of! I truly enjoyed the book and feel that he can still pull out a good story. At first I was apprehensive, but some parts stuck in my head which were eerie and gave me nightmares. One part that was difficult to read was the rape which was pretty graphic and detailed. However, King developed a great story that kept me reading. Surprisingly, the end was good and overall I enjoyed it!

Review: I've read almost all of the books King has written and this was really one of his best. It was just eerie enough to make you look over your shoulder. I'm a horror movie/book buff and it takes a lot to keep my interest - things that go bump in the night will get me every time. The love story behind this was a welcome change, but it didn't overpower the story. The main character's struggle to regain his life made this a real page turner. I highly recommend this book even to those who are not especially fond of this genre..

Review: I kept waiting for a lull in the story so I could put it down and go to bed, but I ended up staying awake half the night to finish it! I HAD to find out who was in the house and why they were there. The ending was worth the wait.

Review: This has got to be one of his best. It's that simple. I don't really know how else to put it. It was so radically different than his other recent works. I won't do you, fellow readers, any injustices by revealing an of the plot line or twists. Believe me, this one is worth the trip.

Summary: MYSTERIOUS YET SPOOKY
Review: I have to say that at the beginning of the first couple of chapters, I seemed to have lost interest in this book altogether but decided to take the time and read on just to see if the story would pick up soon. I realized just that as I read further because then it was only then that I really wanted to find out where the story was heading. It turned out to be a real page-turner and found out that I'd be reading until midnight and looked forward to the next evening to find out what would happen next. Bag of Bones is indeed a "haunted love story", (not as shaking as SALEM'S LOT, (haven't read many books by S.K. but watched a lot of movies), but very gripping and enticing just as well.

Summary: Impressed with King's style.
Review: I've read just about everything Stephen King has written, and I can't say they all have left me feeling impressed. This book, however, did impress me. Unlike some of his other books, I was completely drawn into character during the first half of the book, and totally enthralled during the second half. I enjoyed it eminencely, and I appreciated his way of pulling me in to a point where the story became a vivid picture.

Review: He did again a really great book but did he get tired of writing and just came up with an ending just to finish the book? Who knows? Up untill the last 2 chapters i just couldn't put it down then i didn't want to read it anymore. For those of you who loved IT then have fun, but for us others don't even try
