Rating: Summary: This book is a MUST-HAVE! Review: This book, and all books by this particular author are the type of books were you can't stop reading! It's really amazing the way each character is described, the way you get carried into the story. Like I said, this book, and all Night World books, are a MUST-HAVE!!!!!!! BUY IT NOW!
Rating: Summary: I loved this book and Delos especially! Review: Black Dawn is one of the sweetest books ever. I finished this book in about a hour or two, and was sad when it was over because it was so good I wanted to go on forever just like every other L.J Smith books. I want to know how she comes up with this stuff and the guys too. Delos was so fine. I loved how dangerous and elegant he was. Like there can't be real guys like him or Ash or any other of the vampires in the Night World. I just think L.J. Smith is tha best author ever!
Rating: Summary: Does the plot ever change? Review: Allow me to begin with the fact that I have always enjoyed Smith's writing and I love the Night World series, but this latest one is too much. Each book has the same glossed-over plot. They supposedly cruel vampires miraculouly meet their soulmate and...big shock...it is a human. I wish that there could be more substance in the next dozen books.
Rating: Summary: Spare me! Review: Now..don't get me wrong. I have nothing against L.J Smith. Look at her following! She is apparently a very smart business woman who knows how to sell sub-standard books. Night World took her away from a few trilogies that were excellent fluff, into a pattern so predictable, I could write these myself! Sure...soulmate principle. Cute..I like it. But when every person meets their soulmate, I just have to say "yeah right!". Other things come to mind, that no matter what, all the girls are instantly found devestatingly attractive to the gorgeous hot-shot vampires. *Just Once!* I would like to see something that wasn't so tired and predictable. How about having a vampire..oh, I don't know, actually kill someone innocent? Or not find their soulmate. I don't know..I really have enjoyed Smith's books..but this is getting very very old.
Rating: Summary: This book was oneof the interesting out by Smith. Review: In the Night World series, i find that the whole storyline is forming and fiting together nicely. Good job!
Rating: Summary: The most interesting book in the series. Review: Excellent, it's my new favorite. I don't think Delos should have killed Hunter. I would have liked to read a book where Hunter meets his human soulmate, that would had been so interesting. Hunter would have've been perfect if he hadn't been evil. I wish the book explained how Maggie had the dream about Delos before she met him.
Rating: Summary: Delos is a keeper Review: I absoultly loved Delos's icy attitude at first. When I first got this book I read it in one night and then read it again. I can totallt relate to Maggie. She was down to earth and real. Smith always does it to me. I remember reading The Vampire Diaries for the first time and falling in love with Damon's attitude and Delos's did the same thing to me. He as real as any sexy vampire could be and this book now joins my Top 3 (Daughters of Darkness being my first and The Chosen being my third) Delos joins the group of cool and hot male characters which includes Julian (The Forbidden Game), Damon (The Vampire Diaries), Nick (The Secret Circle), and Ash and Quinn (Nightworld, duh!) Anyways, feel free to e-mail me I really, really want to chat with other Smith fans. I have finally found people like me who enjoys stuff like this. Midnite363@aol.com
Rating: Summary: I didn't like this Book, I can't believe L.J. Smith wrote th Review: I really didn't belive that this book was written by Smith, L. J. she wrote some really good books like soaulmate and Daughters of Darkness, but this one was unreal. I hope she comes out with some better ones, I lived most of the other ones but this one is on the bottom of my list.
Rating: Summary: Catch this book on your book "fishing net" while youcan! Review: This book is great and I recommend it to all Night World loversand L.J.Smith fans. Even if you are not interested in reading, just try it. I promise you will fall in love with the series and Night World. Really, you got to believe me. I never lie! Already, I got half my class hooked on L.J. Smith books although they were never lovers of reading. So, what are you waiting for. Grab one copy RIGHT NOW!!!
