Review: Bill Shapiro is an author whose work I will look forward to in the future. This is a great story, written in a great style, combining horror and science fiction. The characters are real, the plot is made believable, but something is amiss.....

Mr. Shapiro needs to find a new proof reader!!! There were so many typographical/grammar errors, that I ended up reading many things twice just to extract the intended meaning!!!

I would loved to have given this book five stars. However, the book is tough to get through with all of the errors. Enjoy the book as best you can, in its current state!

Review: Eternal Night is really a great book. I read it and couldnt put it down. It was a science fiction/horror that was also filled with adventure. I recommend this exciting and well-written book to anyone.

Summary: Watch Out Ann Rice!!!
Review: I bought this book for my boyfriend, started reading it, and he may never get it . . .I LOVE IT!!! Shapiro has created a wonderful story of vampires in contemporary times. It sometimes took my breath away. Why a major publisher hasn't snapped it up is beyond me, but Ann Rice had better watch out. The characters are well developed and the story is very very compelling. Just don't pick up this book if you're in a hurry . .you're going to get drawn into it and won't want to put it down until you're at the end!!

I am not one for reading fiction, and especially not horror (I like to save that for the movies), I must say that this book is pretty cool. A good start for a first time writer, a writer that I hope continues to publish...I might actually buy another book by this guy.

Review: This is my first book and for a description, let me give you the back cover copy:

It starts small -- with a small town suddenly going dark one night.

And even as a few begin to suspect the truth, the vampires' campaign to take over the world begins. While those in the highest reaches of government come to terms with the existence of the creatures of the night, they find they're fighting a losing battle and soon the vampires have their victory.

Now, while the vampires remake the world into their image and the mastermind of the takeover tries to solidify his power, a ragtag group of surviving humans on Earth work with those in a military outpost on the moon to take back their world, if they can.
