Summary: A major disappointment.
Review: I thought, having read the synopsis, that I was in for a good mystery read. The first three chapters convinced me otherwise. They contain some of the most blatant grammatical errors and the worst punctuation that I've seen in some time. The story suffers accordingly. Example: "cherry pie was the desert." "damn instead of dam as in a water dam." The most irritating of the errors is the constant use of "your" in a sentence calling for "you're." This book was so poorly done that I wondered if somehow a totally unedited copy could have gotten published. A note to the author. If you don't have an editor, GET one. If you do have an editor, GET another one.
