Review: This was a good book, but some stories didn't really have to do with Angel, but just with Buffy. Its great if you didn't catch a line in an episode, everythings there, including the characters thoughts.

Review: I LOVED THIS! There are so many great thoughts and quotes and action and drama packed into this two-hundred page novel. I loved it. So much. A must for the biggest Buffy fan. It really got into the charcaters thoughts, so you could really know what was going on with them. Beautiful. I loved it. It's a great- no, wonderful- read.

Review: Once again, this book gets my vote!! Basically, the author took three episodes of the Television show and did them a bit more from Angel's view. The episodes they used were: "Angel", "Reptile Boy", and "Lie To Me" They captured and discribed the episodes, and I felt like I was watching it on the TV screen. Great job!!

Review: The Angel Chronicles, Vol. 1 is a great Buffy book to read. I think it's one of the best one's out there, because I've read of all of them and I'm just starting Blooded. Anyway, the first two chronicles are the best, the third one I didn't really care for, but don't let your opinion count on me, read the book, it's really good.

Summary: An excellent novelization by Nancy Holder!
Review: After reading the cover, "A novelization..." I knew not to expect anything wholly original from this book. If you're a regular viewer of the television series and you've seen "Angel," "Reptile Boy," and "Lie To Me," you can probably go through this entire book without finding anything new. If you're an exceptional "Buffy" fan and read carefully, you'll find that Holder did a wonderful job of going through the episodes and patched up a few holes the episodes themselves had. I didn't find this book too boring at all. Although I've seen all the episodes covered in the book, Holder added some great content to supplement ideas, thoughts, and feelings the episodes was unable to express. Of course, there are a few discrepancies with current Buffylore, but I think that Holder wrote this before the end of the second season and was thus unable to cover a few mistakes. All in all, this book was a very satisfying read, not tot! ally original, but with some nicely added notes by Nancy Holder.

Review: Of all of the BVS books that have come out, this is definently the best. The style of the text conjures up the romantic mood and smart aleck humor of the series.

Review: Every Buffy fan should take a look at this book. It is very detailed and if you're the ultimate Buffy fan like I am and try not to ever miss a book or an episode then you should get your hands on this book. You might reconize the stories because they are episodes. I think that this is a real must for all Buffy fans! You should'nt be without it!

Review: I have all of the Buffy books ,and this is the best one of them all.If you watch Buffy you'll love this book!It summarizes three episods(Angel,Reptile Boy,and Lie to me).If you only buy one Buffy book this is the one to buy.I also recomend I Know What You Did Last Summer,BTVS The Harvest,and BTVS Halloween Rain.
