Rating: Summary: A perfect discription of the episodes. Review: This book is really good. I recomend it to anyone that is a Buffy fan. It is really accurate to what the charactors were were probably thinking in the show. I don't care if some people say all they did was write what they said. It takes a lot of patience to spend time watching the show to see what they were thinking. I think is is an awesome book perfect for anyone who likes Buffy. You'll want to read it over and over.
Rating: Summary: Gotta Love It Review: I loved this book. There were 3 stories from the 1st season- The one where Buffy went to the furturnity house, Buffy and Angels first kiss and fight- Very romantic! And the one where Buffy's friend from L.A. (Ford) comes and offers her to spike to become a vampire. All those books were great! I can't wait to get Vol.2!
Rating: Summary: I thought this book was great!!! Review: I am a big Buffy fan. I watch he show all the time. I just found out that they had Buffy books a couple months ago. i have read 2 so far Blooded and this book and i thought this book was better. I liked Blooded but this was my favorite.
Rating: Summary: Fantastic - more in depth look at some of my fave episodes Review: I really enjoyed this book not only because it contained some of my favorite episodes but also because you get to see what each of the characters are thinking - something you don't hear when you are watching the show!! I thought that this book would be aimed at younger readers as I am 24, but I was pleasantly surprised it followed the same lines as the show and was really interesting. The only thing is that you can read it in one sitting because the print is very large and it's a pretty thin book.
Rating: Summary: I loved this book very much Review: I actually read the Angel Chronicles 4 times and counting, Angel is cool, and friendly, and Him and Buffy are in a forbidden love, I advise you to get this book, it is THE best I can't wait for Vol. 2
Rating: Summary: The BOMB!!!!!! Review: I thought this book was the best. It told what angel was thinking and how much in love they were. I hope more books about angel come out because that is the only reason some people look at the show and read the books. Because of angel.
Rating: Summary: Fantastic Read!!!!!!!! Review: I am a big fan of BTVS, and was skeptical about a book about the characters that I love so much. I am an adult and was afraid this book would be aimed at very young readers. I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the book very much, it was true to the series and helps you delve a little more into the characters. All in all, a very enjoyable read (the part where Angel and Buffy kiss is my favorite part - ditto for the show). It will be an easy book to reread numerous times!
Rating: Summary: Really excellent!!! Review: I really liked this read. It was basically the scripts from "Angel", "Reptile Boy", and "Lie to Me", but it went into the actual thoughts of the characters. That we wouldn't possibly be able to see on the show. But they could've found better episodes that dealt with Angel more, besides the episode "Angel" I mean, considering the title of the book. There's a Volume 2 coming out in January of 1999. Can't wait!!!!
Rating: Summary: It was GREAT!!!!!!! Review: When I read The Angel chronicles, I laughed, cried, and shared this book with others. I loved it, and how I could see them on television, picture the characters, predicte what was going to happen, and look at the wonderful pictures.
Rating: Summary: Pathetic much!! Review: I gave it four stars only because it was pretty accurate. I am a huge Buffy fan, so I consider this book, and all other Buffy books, to be an insult to the show (writers, actors, etc.). I was hoping that this book to be better than the others, and it was. However, the high level of pathetic cheesiness that only exist here (the thoughts that we don't see in the show) are pretty pathetic. I am once again, completely dissapointed, though not surprised.
