Rating: Summary: Simply Awsome. The best since the Last Vampire Series! Review: The books displays Christophers' intense writing ability. Mixing some religious views, with the future is what makes Pike such an awsome writer. You not only will be gripped to turn each page, but you'll feel the characters. This book like Christophers' other's is a great example of his skill as a writer. I highly recommend this book, and I also recommend the "Last Vampire" series.
Rating: Summary: It's too easy. Review: The Star Group to me is Pike's worst written books ever. The way he writes it is as if he's just wanting to get the publisher's demand off his back. The story is tooo easy. It's like a bunch of alien lifeforms reincarnated into the world and destined to help earthlings. However one of them is evil and kills the rest. That's all. I expected for a story like this the plot would be a little twisting and make us wonder. But what we have is a straight, much tooo straight line that doesn't veer to any corners and leaves us dissatisfied. Definitely for die hard fans only.
Rating: Summary: Not Good Review: The story seemed thrown together at the last minute and was not as good as other Pike novels. The ending was not a surprise as most of Christopher Pike's novels.
Rating: Summary: The stars Review: This is the story of a group of friends who take a little vacation after they graduate from high school. While up there, odd things start to happen. A mystery unfold, one that leads to deaths. The end of the book ties the whole thing together, as most of Pike's books do. I loved this book and the way Pike always surprises you with what happens at the end
Rating: Summary: Good Review: This isn't one of his finest books, but still it was an alright read. I read it in about 2 hours and usually his books take me at least 3. The ending wasnt up to C Pike's usual standard, and the plot wasnt as surprising as usual. I still give this book a 7 out of 10 as the book started off well and did maintain some interest throughout the rest of the book.
Rating: Summary: Disapointing Review: This was the most disapointing Christopher Pike book I've ever read (and I've read them all). The plot advances too fast, there is no time to grasp the deep meanings. The synopsis and the back cover are very misleading. Not much happens - it was a good idea that could have been written much better.
Rating: Summary: WARNING! WARNING! WARNING: FOR EXTREME DIE-HARD FANS ONLY!!! Review: This was the worse Pike book ever. This was the third Pike book I read and almost stopped reading his books if I hadn't been bored one day and picked up Scavenger Hunt which is a much better book. Star Group just seemed too out there and too thrown together.
Rating: Summary: Ok Review: This was yet another awesome book by Christopher Pike. Although this book was one of his worse ones. I've seen better of Christopher Pike. I gave this 4 stars. It was a good book but I've seen better. Read it you may like it. I did. I've seen better though. Good plot good ending. 1 thumb up.
