Summary: Confusing....
Review: This book for me was way too exaggerated in the beginning. So much that it confused me. Okay this girl sees her friend waltz into this party...with a SHOTGUN and brutally kills three people for no reason. And the girl just sits there and watches well actually EVERYONE is standing there watching. The only thing moving is the gun??? Well... call me crazy but I thought that when the FIRST person got a hole in the head (I mean this literally) That there would be at least some screaming like I dont know... "RUN FOR YOUR LIVES", EVERY MAN FOR HIMSELF", or "OWWW I THOUGHT THAT WINDOW WAS OPEN!" I mean i would have at least settled for a small "Eeeek"! But they just stood there until the crazy girl chases after the star quaterback and THATS when everyone started running and whatnot. I mean the plot pretty good but the beginning was so horribly written that I didnt go past the third chapter. Im thinking about trying to read it again to see if my opinions changes any. But I still recommend this book. Everyone has their different opinions. And I think the plot is definately worth a shot to read. But anyway Im pretty sure some of you are probably saying " How can you rate it?You didnt even read it?" Well trust me from what I DID read to me it didnt deserve much more. But if and when I try to read this again I will try my best to give you a more informative review. But until then...

Summary: Terrifying!
Review: This book really deserves 5 stars. All the young adult fiction that everyone thinks is garbage should really be given a second look when it comes to Author's like Christopher Pike. This book is everything I'd hoped it would be and more.

I've read a few others and I just can't believe how much I underestimated this Author. With his skill in plot and story I also can't believe why guys like Koontz are famous and Pike isn't as famous.

What a ridiculous society we live that so obsesed with junk.

Buy this book, read it, love it. You will be introduced into the world of Christopher Pike and he will take you on many many more adventures after this one.

Have fun!

Summary: One of my two favorite books in the whole world.
Review: This book was one of the first I ever read by him and I loved it. My two favorite books in the whole world are by Christopher Pike. They are "Monster" and "The Season of Passage." Those two books scared me so bad but were so good I just loved them. There are even a few similarities between them: horrible alien monsters from another world try to destroy the Earth and take it over. I read almost all of his books and am very familiar with his work and style. He is one of my favorite authors.

Summary: Pike's sickest book
Review: This is Christopher Pike's best young adult book, and probably the sickest(the blood-draining scene in the garage from THE VISITOR is a close second.) In this one,you get alienized cheerleaders!Pure EVIL! The characters are very well realized, and you can almost see the blood.(Be sure to notice the hilarious mistake on the cover!)

Summary: "..monsters what do monsters have for dinner?"
Review: This is classic Pike. Hands down one of his best. Brilliantly written with mystery intermingle with horror. Impossible to put down without finishing. One warning...don't read, after sun sets.

Summary: Can't stop, page-turning, awe-inspiring wonder!!!
Review: This is the very book that made me an avid Pike reader almost seven years ago. I opened it and loved it. I have every Pike adult book and have saved all my Pike young adult books. I am now nineteen years old and have loved Pike ever since. Monster was THE best one. A terrific way to start a love of a writer.

Summary: ONE OF THE BEST PIKE BOOKS!!!
Review: This one one of my favorite Books bu Christopher Pike. The Plot is excellent and the story is so gripping that i couldn't put it down. It's all about a girl named Mary who goes into a pary and kills two people. She tries to kill more but gets arrested. When her friend Angela visits her in jail the next day, she says she killed them because they were no longer human. Angela eventually becomes friends with one of the people Mary tries to kill, but after a while strange things start to happen, and Angela investigates further into Mary's claim. Then she discovers whats really going on. It is a but gory so some people might not want to read it, but for the rest of you, I strongly recomned this!
