Summary: The best book ever!
Review: Frank Peretti is positively my favorite author. He can really make you interested in his writting. I love how he repersents sin in this book, and how at first it is like a rash on your chest then after you do it again and again you can't feel your guilt anymore. If you would like a book that keeps you on your toes while giving a good message then this is the book for you.

Summary: Absolutly one of the best books ever written

Summary: Where does one get this talent?
Review: This novel is about the best ever! How can somebody write a novel of about 600 pages and still keep one's attention? Wow!

Summary: Lacks gospel presentation...
Review: The plot of the book is intriguing, but the point of the book, to share the light of Christ with others, never really makes it. While the characters are well developed, and the story line gripping, the focus of the book is more on the people and their sin, rather than the grace of God to defeat the monster their sin causes them to become. More light next time, less darkness.

Summary: Very exciting book.
Review: This is a great book about a man who is trying to find out his brother's murderer. He suspects it was a bear but there is no evidence to prove that theory. The only evidence he has is the bottom half of his brother because the other half was not found.

Summary: BORING
Review: This book should be killed just like the dragon. One star is too good for this terrible piece of trash!

Summary: Wow!
Review: This is definitely a book that you CANNOT put down! It's so good and really teaches you what sin can do. Peretti creates a vivid image (though it may seem far out). This is my favorite Peretti book so far! Definitely a MUST READ!

Summary: I wish they would make it a movie!
Review: Like a previous reviewer, I also bought this book due to the promising cover and name. I wasn't disappointed!! The book was written in such a way as to keep your curiosity peaked at all times. Frank Peretti is a very gifted writer, his writing has just enough detail to bring you into the story and make you feel as if you're really there without boring you. This book was anything but boring! I guess if you are a horror movie buff and have seen every horror movie made, this book may not seem too exciting, but for me it was! In fact, when I go camping, I sometimes find myself looking to the trees for that,'out of place branch' or that 'blurry tree trunk' or maybe those 'haunting yellow eyes'. This book was a very good discription of sin and the effect it has on humanity. I've recommended this book to several people already and their reactions were very similar to mine! So naturally if you haven't read this book, I also recommend it to you!!

Summary: GREAT!
Review: I admit, I like books, and I especially adore Christian fiction, but I don't care what anybody else says, Frank Peretti is a fantastic writer and this is a fantastic book. It doesn't matter how you perceive Satan--He is very real and every day is a fight against sin. This book portrays it so well. Levi is my favorite character, and in strange ways he reminds me of myself. Great job Mr. Peretti, I can't wait to read The Visitation!!!
