Rating: Summary: Broken Date written by R.L.Stine Review: I don't know about anyone else but I liked this book. In fact Iliked R.L.Stine's books from the 80s the best, including BlindDate. Jamie is so convinced that her boyfriend is killer. I mean when you're poor people tend to think the worst of you. Well anyways she found out who the killer was, and that's what you'll have to do yourself as you read the book.
Rating: Summary: Hard to get through.... Review: I found this book difficult to get through. It was somewhat boring with little suspense and not very scary. The ending was a bit obvious ( you'll see why if you read it) and not much happened. Most of the excitement was at the beginning and then it slowed down to the end. By the end, I had to force myself to read the last few pages.
Rating: Summary: A really good book!! Review: I thought that this book was very good! There was a lot of suspence and the ending really surprised me!!!
Rating: Summary: This was a spectacular book!! Review: If you like books with alot of twists and turns, this is it!It's about two couples,Jamie and Tom,who have been going out since junior high. But then,Tom breaks a date. Then Jamie goes to the mall and thinks she saw Tom robbing a jewelry store! After that, the stalking and terrible phone calls begin and Tom starts to act really weird. You think you know who the stalker is,but think again!
Rating: Summary: Fair Review: It was the worst R.L.Stine book I have ever read. It could have been better. Hardly any guessing. You know who the killer already is.
Rating: Summary: Okay...there's something about this book... Review: Okay, this was an early thriller by R.L., and for some reason, all his early work S***! I'm serious. He used to write some stuff so bad, I wonder why it was published. I really think that Stine thinks that Young adult readers are like Goosebump readers who like work that can't be credited at any point. (Let me add that Goosebumps was a good idea, but, man, those books are such crap.) This story made no sense. Jamie sees some guy (her boyfriend?) robbing a jewelry store at the mall when he should have come and picked her up for a date. And apparently, he saw her and now he wants to kill her. Well, hello! If the store is in the freakin mall, then wouldn't all the passer-bys see the hold-up! The ending is pretty lame. It was like a bad knock-off of some crappy action movie. And wait until you read about the hillbillies. (You'll understand when you read it.) Really, the story was okay, but I use the term loosely. I didn't hate the book as much as I hated "Call Waiting." That is the worst piece of literary work on the shelves today.
Rating: Summary: This book was really good!!!!!!!!! Review: This book is filled with suspense and thrills all the way.One minute you think its one person but think again it may not be the person you expected. It may be someone completely different. It makes you wonder if you really actually are right about your guess.
Rating: Summary: DUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMBBBBBBBBBBB Review: THIS WAS SO DUMB I WAS LAUGHING SO MUCH. YOU KNOW THAT THE KILLER IS NOT WHO HE IS SUPPOSED TO BE. IT IS SO BORING. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD BOOK BUT I WAS DEFINATELY WRONG. I HAVE READ A LOT OF BOOKS BY R.L.STINE. I HAVE READ WRONG NUMBER ETC. THIS WAS THE WORST BOOK I HAD EVER READ. YOU WILL BE BORED OUT OF YOUR MIND. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS BOOK. R.L.STINE SHOOULD HAVE MADE IT MORE BETTER. MAYBE IT WAS A GOOD BOOK AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT BUT HE COULD HAVE DONE BETTER. THE PLOT WAS NICE BUT THE WAY IN WHICH HE CARRIED IT OUT WAS WHAT MADE THE BOOK DUMB. MAYBE IT WAS A GOOD BOOK AND I WAS EXPECTING SO MUCH BUT I DID NOT GET IT.
