Review: This book was a great start for L.J. and since I've read all of her books, I can see how much she has grown. With every book of hers you read, there is something that you can relate to with each one of the characters. I also love how she links all of her stories together in some way, like in the Secret circle trilogy, she described a secret coven of witches, and then, in The Dark Visions Trilogy, she said that Everyone thought Kaitlyn was a witch because of her power and her strange eyes; in the Vampire Diaries, Bonnie finds she is descendant of the druids and works with witchcraft and spells, and then in the Night World Series, of corse there are all sorts of witches and the lot. So you see, all of her books are connected, in some way or another. I've read almost all of Lisa Jane Smith's books and if anyone would like to chat about 'em, email me at [e-mail].

Review: I LOVE THIS BOOK BECAUSE 1)IT IS NOT EVERY DAY YOU HEAR VAMPIRES CAN WALK AROUN IN DAY LIGHT, WHICH IS COOL BECAUSE YOU GET BORED WITH THE HOLY WATER, CROSSES, GARLIC, ECT. 2)I LOVE THE CHARACTERS JAMES, POPPY, PHILLIP, AND OF COURSE ASH (OOOOH HOT !!!!!!!!). IF YOU LOVE THIS BOOK YOU HAVE GOT TO READ DAUGHTERS OF DARKNESS. ANOTHER BOOK ALL ABOUT ASH.

Review: The story of Poppy North and James was so good. Poppy really had the guts to be turned in to a vampire. I thought that Ash was really annoying at the end and I hope there will be another story on Poppy and James. Once again, this is my overall favourtie Night World and LJ Smith book. This is the kind of book where you can't put it down! I finished this in 3 hours!! If your a new Night World reader, start with this one. This book marks the beginning of the Night World series and you will be able to understand it more! If you love Night World and haven't joined the Night World Cicle Daybreak club you can.

Review: This book is touching and exciting. I couldn't put it down. It kept me wondering what would happen next. It tells that even if things seem hopeless, they can turn out alright(even though, it's not what you had expected).

Review: I loved this book. I think that this shows how close one acurance can bring two friends. and it also proves a point, you never know everything about your best friend no matter how long you have known them. But I recommend this book to anyone. It is super good and diserves to be read. Also if you like this book you should read the rest of the Night World series and Companions of the Night by: Vivian Vande Velde

Review: This was the first Night World Book I have ever read and I loved it. You just have to admire Poppy's guts and attitude in the face of aversity and there was a lot of funny parts too. I hope that Poppy and James get annother book in the series- with the exception of Ash they are my favorites in the series

Review: The book "Secret Vampire" by L.J. Smith was the saddest book i have ever read. When you find out that poppy has 3-5 months to live it strikes a nerve. The way Poppy and her twin brother react through-out this book is the saddest thing.

Review: LJ Smith takes on some pretty serious themes here--namely terminal illness--and the result is gripping and though-provoking. I was actually moved to tears! The Night World is a fascinating concept. I'm glad there's lots more to read in the series.

Summary: L.J.'s the best, I *love* all her books, this one's my fave!
Review: Well, I'm not sure if it's my fave, I *love* them all so very much, but it's definitely one of my faves, I *love* James...he sounds so...sexy, I guess is the word. But this book has tons of detail, and I can imagine almost everything. And L.J. certainly does a great job with the other Night World books, I can't wait for Strange Fate to come out!
