Rating: Summary: Best vampire book ever!!!! Review: Romkey has created another book that i just couldn't put down. Bringing life to each character to the point where you almost believe it's true. He makes the villians so pyscotic and yet so proper. The hero a little to love struck but does an excelent job in the end.
Rating: Summary: Wonderful book Review: This book was wonderfully written. It may be a little difficult to understand at times, but if you keep reading it will all get easier. Vampire Papers is a very detailed story about a killer and his hunter. If you don't like violence or sexual activity in your books then this is not for you. Other than that I think this book would please anyone.

Rating: Summary: Excellent Vampire Thriller Review: This is another Michael Romkey book I couldn't put down. This book kept me company on a long plane trip. The story is mostly told in the 3rd person, which makes it a bit difficult to follow, but it's easy to get into it. Also, the book jumps between different time periods, so it's a bit confusing. Like in I, Vampire, the author weaves well-know history into the story. The author brings the main character, Thorne, to life and shows what a true deranged monster he really is. Although the book is fairly violent and gruesome, it only serves to enhance the story.I highly recommend it.

Rating: Summary: Very good but not as good as I, VAMPIRE Review: When rereading I, VAMPIRE, I was taken with desire to read more of David Parker. I rushed to the bookstore even while mid-read of I, VAMPIRE and grabbed the only other two books by Michael Romkey on the shelf: VAMPIRE HUNTER and THE VAMPIRE PAPERS. THE VAMPIRE PAPERS was a little harder to follow than I, VAMPIRE, as it takes place in the First Person of more than one (ahem) Person, as well as in the third person. It is a simple adjustment, but an adjustment nonetheless. I have obviously missed a book somewhere along the way, as there are holes in the plots between I, VAMPIRE and THE VAMPIRE PAPERS. (Note to self: place amazon.com order after posting review.) I did enjoy this story, especially the VERY well-written lab report. If the plot wasn't so gruesome, I would forward this book along to my mother (who enjoys science but not graphic violence).
