Rating: Summary: This is one club I wish was real Review: Rotterham Home was where young people went to die. There was a club that met every night and told stories, stories of love, life, or death, it was called the midnight club. One night they made a promise, that the first one of them to die would try to contact the others from the grave. Did it happen? What will happen to the others if it did? Read this book and find out. This was a really good book and I seriously hope that if you get the chance to read it that you will. It is somewhat heart breaking and emotional, but it's worth it. I loved this book and it took me no time to finish it. When you read it be prepared to cry at the end. But remember that it will end happily.Fiction

Rating: Summary: Excellent Reading! Review: This book was the best book I have read in a long time. It really shows the pains that people who are sick must deal with. I loved it even more because of the bit of a love story it contained. I will continue to read Christopher Pike's books because of this wonderfully told story!
Rating: Summary: one of the best Pike books Review: I read this book when I was young, but it is a book that every now and then I will still pick up and read over, just becuase it is a powerful story. It is WAYYYYYY different from the rest of Pike's books, but it is still really good. This and The Last Vampire series were probably my favorites by Pike...
Rating: Summary: WONDERFUL! Review: I HAD READ THIS BOOK MANY YEARS AGO AND I AM AMAZED THAT IT IS THE ONLY BOOK THAT I STILL REMEMBER BEING MY ALLTIME FAVORIT. IT MADE ME LAUGH, CRY AND THINK ABOUT LIFE THROUGH THE CHARACTERS EYE'S. ONE OF CHRISTOPHER PIKES GREAT WORKS... SO, WHENS THE MOVIE!
Rating: Summary: A haunting of your soul Review: I feel a connection with each of Christopher Pike's books. This is my favorite along with The Last Vampire. In each of Pike's stories I find that I am drawn by a certain thing and I am never dissapointed by his stories. He speaks directly out of my dreams so my soul is haunted by his words....but in a good way.A very good way.
Rating: Summary: The Ultimate Review: I've read almost every single Christopher Pike book ever written and THE MIDNIGHT CLUB tops my list as my favorite ever (along with THE LAST VAMPIRE series and REMEMBER ME). The Midnight club shows you the lives of five young people dying in a hospice. In the hour of darkness (midnight), they had formed a club and they tell stories of death, life, spirtuality, love, etc, etc. I admit, it is different from Pike's other books, but I wasn't disappointed one bit. It was a work of beauiftul art and it touched me deep in my heart. Once you read it, you'll be touched too. And you'll see that Christopher Pike will always be the best.
Rating: Summary: Not what was promised Review: Christopher Pike is one of my favorite authors, but I was a bit disappointed with this story. The story itself was a good one, but readers should be warned that it's NOT a typical Pike book. It promises supernatural events, but doesn't come close. It's a wonderful book about human relationships and love, but it's not a thriller. If you're ready for a good cry, go ahead and read it. Otherwise, pass on to another book.
Rating: Summary: My Favorite Book Review: This book is very interesting and in depth. It has been my favorite for a long time. It's about a group of friends who are terminally ill, and stay at a hospice. At midnight they get together to tell stories, some true and some made up.Sometimes frightening,or sad, but all worthwhile. With it's great dialogue and original storyline you won't be able to put it down. The plot and outcome are surprising and unexpected. It's very descriptive and detailed. IT's a very good book, and I give it a five star rating. This author has been one of my favorites. I wish there could be a sequel to it. This is my only favorite book and I would recommend it for anyone.
Rating: Summary: Excellent imagery and suspense. Review: I liked the flow of the story and the imaginative stories the kids themselves thought up. The ending was depressing but it still held some hope because it didn't exactly end. It just flowed on.
