Review: This is what a ghost story should be about. The relationship between the detective and the priest is well thought out and believable to the reader. You will also identify with the actress as a real person and not just an object of fame. if you like to be scrared in a fun way this is the book for you.

Review: This is without a doubt the best horror/suspense book I have ever read. It is a true page turner from beginning to end. Just when I thought the story was resolved Mr. Hynd threw in one more unbelievable curve that made me gasp. I just love the end of this story. I was really hoping for a sequel. I loaned my copy to a friend who misplaced it--so I searched used book stores until I found a copy and now I won't part with it. The publisher is crazy not to re-print this book. I agree with the other reviewer this is exactly the type of book that would make a great movie! Move over Blair Witch -- There are GHOSTS nearby.

Review: When I read this book, all I could think about was me being a character in it. I read it so long ago, and I remember it being the scariest book I've ever read with an ending I never could've guessed in a million years. A wonderful horror story!

Review: When I read this book, I was hooked from the very first page. When I got to the last 30 pages I lost it. I went out, without a second thought, and purchased another book just so I could know how it ended. I thought this was one of the best ghost stories I have ever read, and have been searching for anything comprable ever since. Hynd created characters that were plausable, even for a person who does not belive in the supernatural. That is the thing that set this book apart, even if you do not belive in ghost, after reading this book, you can't help but sleepo with the lights on just in case.
