Summary: Awesome book.
Review: This is the best book that I have ever read. It has everything. Great characters, love, science fiction, a great plot. A must read for everyone.

Summary: One of the best books I have ever read.
Review: I was twelve when I first read this book and eleven years later the magic is still there. Great characters that you can care about. Plot twists are everywhere keeping the reader entranced the entire book. The WWII time travel plot makes the book even richer and engaging. The science that Koontz puts in the book is easy to understand, that even a twelve year old will have no trouble following along. Bad guys to boo against and heroes to cheer for. Simple, yet beautifully done. Heartily reccomended, once again Koontz delivers, his best book alongside Watchers and Phantoms. Don't miss it.

Summary: A Fun and Worthwhile Listen/Read
Review: This is a story with enough twists to keep you hooked but not too many to loose you. It's a "sweet" story for Dean Koontz but that's not to say it's not worth reading if you are a fan of his horror books. Nothing to make you lock doors and bolt windows but you wont be disappointed in it's enjoyment factor.

Summary: Great Action and Characters
Review: Dean Koontz really captured me with this one, I think it's his best

Summary: This is the one to start out on Dean Koontz
Review: I asked a friend of mine at a party once who this Dean Koontz guy was that dominated an entire shell on her bookshelf. She explained his writing and told me to read Lightning, which she gave me the barest hint of its story. A year later I finally got around to reading it. I was hooked.

Not only does Koontz play well with time travel, there are quite a few unique twists to this story which I've not found elsewhere. No real paradoxes, excellent characters, great story. If anyone wants to start in on Dean Koontz, this is the book.

Summary: This book has been in my head sins I started to read books
Review: It has been "many" years now sins I have read this book.In fact this was one of the first books I have ever read. Now I have comed over it again and I hope it is just like I remebered it. I will give this book a high rate because of the speciel feeling this book has given to me all this years, but I cant say if that was because of my age or it was because of the fact that this book is a "real MCcoy". The answer wil be in my next review of this book, when I have read it again... Now in a age of 23, and is a little writer of my own. Look out for it.

Summary: One of Koontz's BEST!!!!!
Review: While Dean Koontz is always the masterful storyteller this novel lifts his art to a new level. What makes this novel appealing to me is that it is right on the borderline between science fact and science fiction with just enough of a twist in the story line to keep me off balance. I think this is one of Koontz's very best efforts.

Summary: This book kicked a**!!
Review: Dean Koontz is my favorite author, and this book really shows his talent. His mix of science fiction (time travel), suspense, and reality has rarely been expressed by many authors; except for Koontz. He has a talent for great climaxes and plots, and he's able to delve into the human mind and soul.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: This book is non-stop action right from the beginning!
Review: Of all the 26 novels I have read from Koontz, Lightning is definately one of my top 5 favorites. This book has so many dimensions, all adding a uniqueness which compells the reader to not want to put it down. The only disappointment is when it finally comes to an end, in which case you'll want to read it again and again. -Corinne Gomez L.A., CA

Summary: He's done it again
Review: Once again the master of suspense has gripped his readers by the throat and holds on tight. I have read all of Koontz's books and Lightning is one of my favorites.
