Review: The 7th one (out of over 20) that I've read and still THE BEST of all. The reasons? - the most surprising tale and the ending, lots of "turns" of the action, feels like more than one book... Just for this one - I will admire its author for the rest of my life. I encourage everybody to read it (just DO NOT browse through it before reading as it would spoil the surprise)- have a great time!

Review: Lightning was the first book i read and it is also my favorite. The story plot was planned, set and thrillingly convincing! It sets believable and wonderful characters as the story's image of time travel is considering. He couldn't have written a better novel!

Review: Characters you feel for and an interesting yet not too complex plot make this a book worth reading several times over the years. I'm not a horror fan and this book is not part of the horror genre. Interestingly enough, it is not a part of the "time travel romance" genre either. This book mixes elements of science fiction, time travel, historical elements neatly into a pleasing love story. It's well worth the price. I just ordered my second copy because the first one is so work out from friends borrowing it!

Review: This one was too contrived and felt like amateur science fiction. I prefer Koontz when he applies his considerable imagination to stories of horror and evil. Try "The Bad Place" or "Hideaway" instead.
