Summary: One of the best Buffy books yet!
Review: This book is the ultimate for die-hard Slayerettes. It's intellegent, funny, exciting, and thoroughly entertaining. "Blooded" is still one of my favorites, but I loved this one and I'm sure the next two books in the trilogy will be as amazing this one... Spike anticipation too. Attention all Oz fans!!! This book has the most Oz-age and Willow/Oz smoochies yet. So so so so so sweet. "All monkeys are French!"

Summary: Awesome!
Review: This book is a great read, and keeps you continually enthralled. It's the first time I've even heard of Buffy leaving Sunnydale to fight evil. I can't wait until books two and three come out.

Summary: The team work of Golden & Holder makes for a wonderful read.
Review: The plot was compelling, I could rarely tear my eyes away from the page. I love how the characters are evolving. Their subtle changes seem to be natural and viable considering all they have experienced since they were created. I'm moved by the complete devotion Angel has for Buffy and I like Cordelia's honesty and being more of a useful player. I was intrigued by the Il Maestro and enjoyed how his background was woven into the book. The writers have definately done their homework in weaving the history of all that is Buffy into the story.

Summary: Wow, it is brilliant!!
Review: Thw book is very good. I have read several Buffy books, and p to now my favourite was Child of The Hunt, because its more 'grown-up' unlike Haloween rain and stuff which are for younger people. But this book excels ever Child of The Hunt. The story line is brilliant and very exciting. Its hard to put down and its great that all the characters are in it. I defintiely recommend it!

Summary: This book should be made into a Buffy movie!
Review: I would have to say this is a great book, not just because it's Buffy, but because it's got it all. The only thing I might complain about is that the book wraps up everything in the last 2 pages, kind of like how the show is. But besides that, I read it in one night. Very cool.

Summary: Stop interrupting me, I'm READING!
Review: This was a great book. The best I've read so far. When I got to the end of the book, I was left hanging! I can't wait for the continuation that's coming out in March!

Summary: Wow! This is THE Buffy book.
Review: What can I say except that this book is what every Buffy author hopes to achieve. Holder and Golden wrote the characters so beautifully. I will admit they were a bit out of character but it went well the plot of the story. The house and the new monster are just sooo kewl. I mean everyone's gotta love Springheel Jack right?!! I can't wait for the second book and SPIKE!

Summary: GREAT BOOK!!!
Review: This was an awsome book! I got completely engrossed in the book and finished it in a day. I loved the way all of the characters were, and I also really really loved the idea of the Gatehouse. It was also really nice how they took their time explaining things, because I've noticed how sometimes the Buffy books can get kinda rushed, because they want to put as much action in as possible. With this book, there was pleanty of action, and enough plot to balance it all out. I also really loved how they brought in characters and made mention of occurences in their other books, Child of the Hunt and Blooded. It really gave you a sense of continuity for all of the books that Golden and Holder have written. I just have to say: JOB WELL DONE!!! I can't wait to read Ghost Roads. After this book, it looks very promising!

Summary: "Older" readers will enjoy this as well.
Review: Of all the "young adult" Buffy books out there, this one will be enjoyed by the older fans. If you are part of the adult Buffy fan base, I would recommend this book. Chris and Nancy have developed a great story line that will be enjoyed and appreciated by readers of all ages. The plot is intriguing, and the authors have obvioulsy done their homework on the show and it's characters. I hope the next two books in this trilogy are as enjoyable. This is not advanced reading, but a simple pleasure.

Summary: The first one I've read without any mistakes.
Review: I admit I only bought it to pick out mistakes, but I ended up enjoying it. Angel, as usual, was a little out of charecter, but I can live with that. Springheel Jack was cool. I liked him. I only hope that Chris and Nancy can keep Spike in charecter in the next few books, which I am eagerly looking forward to.
