Summary: A "must" for vampire fiction fans!
Review: A different read with a bite. An enthralling plot that captured me from the start and left me disappointed when it finally ended. A striking cover with simple graphics and color but very much to a sharp point. The authors' background in poetry and film making show through in a unique style. This is my first read from this company and if the rest of their titles offer quality even approaching this then they are superior. Tucker, an old school cowboy falls in love with big city gal, reporter Lizzie Vaughan. The thing is...Lizzie turns out to be the Queen of the Vampires. This take on this rather cliched sub-genre manages to be different even when adhering to some of the classic vampire standbys. A lot of it is very funny. Some of it ticked me off. Parts of the plot put lives in danger that I felt had no business being threatened. But I darn near laughed my pants off and even managed to be both horrified and disgusted. The one real let-down, I didn't feel the need for an extra light at night. If you are a vamp fiction fan then you have to read this one.

Summary: FOR THOSE BORED WITH THE ORDINARY ROMANCE
Review: A fantastic book not to be missed. Tucker is definitely one of my heros. (How many other men could accept such a unique partner as Lizzie?) I read this in one sitting, and almost saw the sunrise. (Lucky I'm not a vampire! ) I laughed continuously, cheered the good guys, and loved all of the colourful and humourous characters this book provides. I totally recommend this for those who are sick of the ordinary "been done before" romances. I now hope the authors may be persuaded to do a follow up...maybe Elita's story.

Summary: READ IT - great distraction from everyday life.
Review: A truly enjoyable book and fine distraction from everyday life (or afterlife). The pace kept up; I laughed out loud, felt suspense, and rooted for the heroes. The characters were believable and the type you could have an enjoyable evening draining beers or blood, as the case may be. The story suspended my disbelief in vampires and gave them a reasonable place in the plot. Read it.

Summary: Different type of vampires
Review: At first, I thought this was going to be a "B" type book. The beginning seemed like it. As I read on I could not put it down. I hope the authors write more. I enjoyed this book a great deal. I hope there will be a sequel with their offspring. That would be interesting! MW at maplesugur@aol.com

Review: horrible, insulting and major waste of money, Have I left anything out?

Summary: A great read
Review: I always tend to take the reviews on here with a grain of salt, either people love them or hate them. And I mean hate with a capital H. There are reviews on this book like that. This books doesn't warrant that type of review. It's a fun book. The character's are interesting. It's definately worth picking up.

Summary: Unusual romance all right ...
Review: I can't say that I loved this book, but then again, I am a big Christine Feehan fan and nothing holds a candle to her. However, I love vampire books, and thought the premise behind this book was pretty good until I started reading it. I felt like the characters didn't align themselves at all except for Tucker and his whacky "conspiracy theory" friend. That was the best part of the book. Everything else lacked sustenance, including the dog that everyone seems to rave about.

Summary: The best of the West and More
Review: I enjoyed this book so very much. The title caught my interest and I decided it would be worth purchasing. I was right and more!! I couldn't put it down. I fell head over heels for Tucker (the ideal cowboy) and his horse and dog. Of course, Lizzie was wonderful and I felt so very bad for her (becoming a vampire). When I finished the book - I was hungry for more. Will there be a sequel??!! I've passed it on to others who are enjoying it also!!

Summary: Not that great
Review: I found this book very hard to read and disjointed. Tucker's dialouge seemed contrived and silly. In fact, the book was silly, but not fun which is a shame because I had high hopes that I'd come across something different in vampire fiction.
