Review: This was the first pictureless chapter book that I read when I was in the first grade and the story ingrained itself into my memory. It is well-written and I would recommend it to any child of any age. For a six-year-old, I had found the book to be captivating, funny, and scary. I would think it would be quite intriguing for a ten-year-old and a fun read for a junior high schooler.
