Summary: Can a book be both horror and comedy?
Review: YES! Koontz's recipe finds the right combination that incites both fear and laughter in a single book! An amazing feat! But, Koontz has always been a master!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: An excellent tale of suspense, culture, and aliens!
Review: Koontz gets off to a quick start with this novel, instantly dropping the reader into a suspense-filled chase scene with a dynamite conclusion! Koontz's eye for detail and inclusion of Tommy's culture are an excellent addition to this thriller. The development of the other characters(the dog!) give this book a sure-fire must-read status!

Summary: Totally cool
Review: One of the coolist books I've read in a while. Makes me think twice about aliens and making my Mom mad at me. If I didn't work so much I would read it a few more times, along with the rest of his books. It gives your imagination a run for it's money.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: scary- action packed
Review: The book starts out great, stays great and ends, well, the ending was bad. I am only 13 and have read over 10 Koontz books. If you are looking for his third best work, look no further. (Watchers was his best, The Face of Fear was his second best)

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Suspenseful, but like a cheap cartoon
Review: After I finished the book I thought to myself:
"Well, that was kinda silly." The characters are
are unique and entertaining and you keep wondering
what on earth could happen next. I don't think
Koontz was at his best when he wrote this, but
I still had fun reading it, and you should too.

Summary: Wow!
Review: Dean is no slouch in the writing department! All of his works are must-reads, and "Tick Tock" is no exception. This book combines suspense with a not-too-common element that many books need: humor. If anyone knows how to thrill, and chill, it's Dean! The reader is catapulted in a bizarre story that explores not only a different kind of terror, but well researched ideas, thoughts, and theories. Dean is always persuing the question "What If?" "What if a strange looking rag doll was foundon my porch? What if it grew, and became a monster? What if it was part of a curse, and someone of my neglected culture could help? What if?..." If you don't want to be thrillled, look somewhere else, because that's exactly what this book is!

Summary: Great Book Suspence But Kinda Unusual Read this Book
Review: This Book had its ups and its downs but averall this book is a book you would want to read !

Summary: I loved this book. Dean Koontz is great.
Review: I like all of his books, but this is definately one of his better ones.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: It's all good
Review: I don't think I have ever read a more entertaining novel. While this is not my favorite book, it does manage to successfully weave dry humor with great suspense. For those of you who have read and liked Dragon Tears, the action and suspense in this one are very similar. For those who didn't like Dragon Tears, this one is alot faster moving. Read it for pure enjoyment, not character development.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The absolute best book I've read of Koontz's novels, so far!
Review: I absolutely loved the whole book! Tick Tock is really amazing! I especially loved the idea about the little doll! It was sooo cute, until you find out what it is! In every book I read, I picture it in my head, but I didn't even picture the whole thing, it was that scary! Despite the scaryness, it was really interesting how Koontz used the characters to play with your mind about the whole concept! Also, I like the fact that he got married to Del, if he wouldn't have gotten married, I wouldn't have liked the book as much! I say: GET OFF YOUR COUCH AND GO BUY THIS BOOK!!!
