Summary: This book was one of L.J.'s best ever !
Review: Okay , now I absolutly loved Huntress I have been reading L.J. Smith's books now for about one year and this is the best one since Daughters of Darkness ( which I re-read like 7 times ) . The elements that make this book the most exciting are that you could never guess what the plot was or how it ended . The charaters where creative and real , even the conflicts and resolutions that L.J. creates for us seem real in a way , because life never leads you on the stright and easy paths . There are always bumps , hills , and even mountians in life to challange , confuse , and test you . This is the world that L.J. gives you in this story along with the romance and adventure that we all dream of and want in our everyday lives . This book was one of L.J.'s all time best ever and anyone who has ever felt ashamed of thier family or themselves would deffintly bennifit from this book .

Summary: Great!!!
Review: I thought this was a really good book, but I wish that L.J. Smith would say what happened to Mary-Lynnette and Ash. She's mentioned Ash in, like, every story, but what about Mare?! Anyway, this one of her best books. Jez is really different and unique, 'cuz she's half and half. And Morgead souinds perfect for her- they're both stubborn, loud, gorgeous, power-hungry etc. they always get what they want. I think I've sort of figured out the other three wild powers(they gave you one). She really leaves you thinking. What kind of name is Jezebel

Summary: Very good book by a GREAT author!!
Review: I love all of LJ Smith's books, and I was very glad to see that this one followed in the footsteps of the other books in the Nightworld series. I, unlike some other people who have written reviews, think that the soulmate principle is an excellent and most crucial part of the book. In this book, I kept expecting Jez to find out that she was maybe 1/2 witch instead of human, which would make her situation more easy and which would create an interesting base for possible upcoming books with her character in it. But this book was great anyway. It was touching, with a great plot and plenty of twists, with that perfect ammount of romance added in. I hope LJ Smith keeps doing what she's doing, and I can't wait for the next book she writes. I'm hoping for a book where some of the characters from previous books are used, like James and Poppy, Ash, and Quinn in particular

Summary: Smith Is In An Enjoyable Rut
Review: Smith is a very interesting author. She uses the old plots of the romantic comedies of the 1940s and 50s to make modern novels for Young Adults. In essence they usually follow this pattern: they meet, they fight, they fall in love, and they kiss. Simple, easy, and when you throw in a few vampires it's all the more enjoyable. Smith is the type of author best suited for children with maturity levels beyond "The Babysitter's Club" but not quite ready for the seriousness or scariness of Anne Rice and Stephen King. This novel starts out promising with a great bad boy hero, Morgead. He's got the black leather jacket, the motorcycle, and the hair; let's face it we all love those bad boys. Now, enter Jez, the heroine, with some unique genetic make-up (she's half human and half vampire). Unfortunately that's about the only exciting thing about her character. Jez spends most of the novel agonizing about what will happen when Morgead finds out she's half human. When the time comes for this

Summary: Questions?
Review: Let me start off by saying that L.J.Smith is one of if not the best author around.I practically own every book that she has ever written. And this series without a doubt is one of the bests she has ever written. My favorite books in this series include "Soulmate" "Secret Vampire" and "Daughters of Darkness". I really like the soulmate princple that is written in each plot. But why are the only ones to get soulmates the vampires and witches. Not to say that I don't like the charters Ash,James,Rashel,Ouien, and Jez are some of my favorites. But I would like to see more charters beside vampires and witches get a soulmates. It would be an interesting change from the same old vampire/human or witch/human plot. I hope this series contiunes to stay strong.

Summary: A Great Read!
Review: An intresting concept of a half human and half vampire. The best part is the poem about the four Wild Powers. I'm driving myself wild trying to figure out who the other three are. I figured out too easily who the Wild Power was (in this book) and that Pierce knew something was wrong about Jez's supposed Hunter deal

Summary: A good book
Review: I liked this book, and the new apocalypse plot is an interesting diversion. The soulmate idea was getting a little old . . . especially because Jez and Morgead had the same sort of connection as Cassie and Adam (characters from The Secret Circle, another series from the same author). I enjoy this whole series immensely, however, two things continue to annoy me: No word as of yet from Ash and Mary-Lynnette, who should have gotten together last month, and this entire series has focus on nothing but vampires and witches. For the first series by L.J. Smith where ALL of these types of creatures exist, (vampires, witches, shapeshifters, werewolves, ect.) it surprises me that she has not written about anything but those two forms of Night World inhabitants. I'm ready for some shapeshifters! In conclusion, this WAS a good book, and the rest of the Night World series follows suit. Read it

Review: This was a great book

Summary: A good Read.
Review: From the beginning, the book was a great read but as I neared the middle and end, it seemed as if L.J. Smith didn't have a better way for the characters Jez and Morgead to overcome their being soulmates. Granted Jez had a tougher time coming to grips with their being soulmates which is to be expected but when it came to Morgead, he seemed to take it better then you would expect. L.J. Smith had Morgead's character give off a tough appearance and because of what happened in his past, when he realized that he and Jez were soulmates, he should have had a much harder time adjusting to something that would change the rest of his life. The book is a good read when you feel like reading something but the ending was unfortunately unsatisfying.
