Summary: BENTLEY LITTLE'S BEST NOVEL !
Review: Dominion is by far Bentley Little best novel. This book is a fast paced horror thrill ride with an incredible story. A story of an ancient evil centering on the God of Blood and Wine.(Dionysus) Bentley Little is truely an original in the field of horror.

Summary: DOMINION IS AMAZING!
Review: Dominion is not Bentley Little's best book, but it's
his most hardcore. It's also a whole lot better than most
of the other horror out there. A very literary book that
takes those Greek myths we learned about in college and
playfully stands them on their head. Little here out
Barkers Barker. One hellacious book!

Summary: Bentley does Splatterpunk
Review: Dominion is one of Bentley Little's best books. I don't quite understand why it rarely gets mentioned as such. The author himself has stated this is his least favourite book alongside "Death Instinct". And it seems to fly under the radar of a lot of fans too. But believe me, Dominion is an extremely accomplished piece of work by this talented author. This book is many things all rolled into one: Splatterpunk, love story, greek mythology. It is probably Little's most extreme novel as far as sex and gratuitous gore goes. Only "University" comes close. This is a great introduction to Bentley Little and long-time fans will enjoy it too.

Review: Fellow book loovers~
Unfortunately I cannot rate this book because I cannot get it. I am not a collector of Bentley Little books, just an Avid Fan. Though I understand there are several out of print, I find it unbelievable that people would sell their paperbacks at such a HUGE price. I just want to read the books. I don't want them to grow dusty on a shelf or in a box......I just want to read them and pass them on. I'm looking for The Mailman, Dominion and The University at reasonable prices. So if anyone out there can help me out, please let me know.
WITH THANKS~

Summary: Plays well into a sick, valueless society...
Review: I am appalled at how many people raved about this book and called it awesome. It's scary to think about how Godless many in our society have become. I like thrillers, and I've liked many of Bentley Little's books, but I couldn't stand to read this book in its entirety. If you have no moral values and glory in plotless sex and violence, then this is the book for you. Link it to mythology if you want to, but does that give it legitimacy or literary merit? Crude is crude; gross is gross; and disgusting is disgusting no matter what else you call it.

Summary: Absolutely unforgiving and shocking as hell!
Review: I dare you not to be affected by the visuals in this book. An absolute masterpiece of chaos. At times brings to mind Shirley jackson meets the mind boggling images set forth in the underrated horror flick, event horizon. A gorgeous read!

Summary: A great horror writer
Review: I have only read two of Bentley Little's books, this one and "The Store", and I am totally hooked. His stories are unusual, graphic, and compulsively readable, at least the ones I've read so far. Best of all, they are truly creepy. I thoroughly recommend this book. I am starting on "The House" right now, and I hope it is as good as the others I have read. PS - If you don't like books that are "nasty", you probably shouldn't be reading horror novels. Just a thought.

Summary: Goes well with a RED!
Review: I just finished Dark Dominion {DOMINION} today and I really enjoyed it! Bentley is a writer unhampered by morals and freely depics a bloodsoaked and sexually charged environment that could quite easly unsettle those with good Christian values.
Fortunatly I am not one of those people and found it an indulgent treat!
I gave it 3 stars because its jumpy, by that I mean the story all of a sudden presents seriously unlikely or ill explained events, I wont go into it because I dont want to ruin it for you!
If you get the chance and are "indulgent" in the sexy gore
sense of the word read it!
It may not be the best novel in the world but it is enjoyable, discript and uninhibited.

Summary: Another great Little book
Review: I love Bentley Little. He takes ideas that are so seemingly ordinary and creates wild and unusual stories out of them. This one deals with Greek Mythology and made me think back to my high school mythology class I took many moons ago. The story is intriguing but it is more graphic than many other Little novels. If you are easily offended or have difficulty with topics such as bestiality, rape or very graphic violence perhaps this isn't the book for you.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not the best Bentley Little I have read...
Review: I really enjoy most all of Little's books, but recently I picked this one up and it just didn't do it for me. I don't think I even enjoyed the plot much either. I highly recommend something else by Little like The Mailman. Little usually writes some good modern day creepers that make you look over your shoulder.
