Summary: A start of getting back on the road.
Review: I love V.C. Andrews. I love her books. When I read the Dollanganger, the Casteel, and the Cutler books...I couldn't stop thinking about them. And then I read Ruby, boy was I dissapointed. Even though Melody is completlely reguratated comibinations of the 1st 3 series it is still wonderful. It may make V.C. Andrews a #1 author again, undoing all the damage the Ruby series had done.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Not as good as the others
Review: I'm a big V.C. Andrews fan but I think that the Melody series is not as good as the others. It was somewhat boring to me. It's not as near as exciting as the Ruby series or the Foxworth series.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: WILL KEEP YOU UP ALL NIGHT
Review: I have read several other books by this author and I think this one is the best. It is a decent book compared to the others. The new writers are doing a good job of filling in her original stories. I recommended it, as an adult, to people who want to read something they won't be able to put down. AN EXCITING AND EMOTIONAL THRILLER!!!!!

Summary: Andrew's new saga is a blast!
Review: The first installment of the Logan saga plunges the reader into the heart of 15-year-old Melody Logan. As soon as she loses her father, many problems occur in her life. This novel was very hard to put down that I loved it after I finished. I can't wait for the next novel in the series! For all you V.C. Andrews fans or new ones, this is a book you should not miss!!!!!

Summary: Very interesting tail!
Review: Melody seemed a bet slow going at first. I started to get into it once they got to Province Town. I like Melody as a Charactor, but I did not care much for Jacob's role. It did get very interesting at the end

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Great book!
Review: This is the first V.C Andrews book I read. I thought it was great! However, after just reading other reviews, I see there is some controversy as to whether this book is as good as some that she has written 'herself', or not. I guess I will have to check out some of her earlier stories as well

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: An improvement over "Ruby"!!!
Review: Although it follows the standard "V.C. Andrews Formula," this book did incorporate some new themes and I hope it continues throughout the rest of the series. I really do. I had noticed that Ms. Andrews' books are going down in quality and up in price, but maybe this will mark a change

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: A real page turner
Review: I think this book was great just like all the others. I like the storyline about how Cary is so protective over Melody but in the beginning he treated her like crap. That was a new idea opposed to all the other girls who pretty much all had boyfriends from the beginning

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN!!!
Review: This is the first time I ever read a V. C. Andrews book. I have to say I'm hooked now. I loved that book. I felt so sorry for Melody. She went through so much in that book. The only bright spots for her was her relationships with Cary and May. I can't wait to read Heart Song. I going to pick it up at the bookstore very soon

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Interesting
Review: After reading almost all of Andrews' books, I thought that Melody was another sad story about someones life. Although very good, it seemed like all of the other series. I was hoping for a break in the continous drama of family troubles.
