Rating: Summary: this is a great book ! Review: i loved this book . i thought that the love afair bettween micheal and dawn was really stupid . micheal was really horrible for making dawn pregant . it was really horrible that dawn was still wanted the child . i was mortified when christi was was taken from dawn . the best part of the book was when you found out that jimmy didn't haye her for having another persons child . that was awsome !
Rating: Summary: Good Novel Review: i read this book before i read the book dawn, i was kind of confused until about the end when i learned the history of dawn. this is a good book, but all of VC Andrews books have basically the same theme.
Rating: Summary: Sweet Review: I really like the affair that she had with Michael. It gave thebook an awesome twist when she had his child. I think the ghost writerdefinatley needs more of that.
Rating: Summary: One of my favorite book! Review: I remember reading this book, it was a long time ago and it was one of the first VC Andrews book I had bought. It's the Ghost Writter who wrote the serie of Dawn and he did a good job, the atmosphere in this book is great and it's a very intersting book, yeah it's very cliché and peoples are mostly black and white but this book still have the aura of VC Andrews even if it's not here who wrote it. I think Dawn was selfish, she feel in love with Micheal, can she see he was just a flirt? She kind of dump Jimmy for a while but hey when Micheal disapear who she turn to? Well her Dear Jimmy was there and forgive what she had done because he love her so much. If you are a VC Andrews fan you going to love this book even if it's the Ghost Writter who wrote it, he start to get bad just after the serie Ruby.

Rating: Summary: Dreams Crashed by Unfortunate Situations Review: I would like to say some words to those ... who say that Dawn brought her problems on herself. For your information NOBODY ever deserves the degradation that Dawn received from Emily! I would NEVER want to wish that on MY OWN WORST ENEMY. I do commend Dawn for sticking up for her own daughter Christie. Dawn's birth mom Laura NEVER stuck her neck out one fraction of an inch for her (D). One day when my boyfriend Casey was concerned about my hair being in tangles, I told him about a worse hair scenario of Dawn's hair having neither a comb nor a brush through her hair while she was at the Meadows. He agreed with me that just because Dawn was pregnant out of wedlock it didn't mean it was reason enough for Emily to degrade her (i.e. making Dawn trade in the clothes on her back for a potato sack and yelling at her non-stop). He even said he wouldn't wish that on his own worst enemy either.

Rating: Summary: I'm Afraid You've Been Terribly Misimformed About Me! Review: If you read my title, you pratically know all the dialogue from the book. The line "You don't know me!" which is repeated ad nauseam on the Jerry Springer Show also comes to mind. Though interesting enough, with a good revelation at the end involving Dawn's biological father, it still is on the dull side. There is nothing remotely interesting about the character of Dawn either. She may be one of the ghost writer's first formula characters, but a formula character nonetheless.
Rating: Summary: Dawn's Decieved in SECRETS OF THE MORNING Review: In the sequel to V.C. Andrew's masterpiece, DAWN, sixteen year old Dawn has a new chance at life. Her past behind her, she heads to a prestigious arts school in New York City. Unfortunately, when she gets there, her reputation has already been tainted by her spiteful grandmother, who sent the owner of the house she was boarding at a letter filled with malicious lies about Dawn. This makes Dawn more determined to prove her grandmother wrong and stay on the right path. Unfortunately, Dawn meets her singing teacher, Michael Sutton, and her life begins to spin out of control.
This book is confusing if you don't read DAWN first. I enjoyed this book, but it makes many references to its prequel.
