Rating: Summary: THE BABY SITTER 4 REVIEW Review: I THINK THIS BOOK IS GREAT, I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYBODY WHO LIKE MYSTERY AND LIKES A SCREAM.
Rating: Summary: It was not as good as number 1 or 3!! Review: I've read all four of them. The first book was ok, even though I like more murders and stuff like that I still liked it. The second book was like stupid, and very very predictable, I knew who it was going to be since I first read about s/he (I don't want to give the answer just in case) The third one was different from the first two that's why I like that one the most, it was really cool. Buth this one it was just not like the other ones, and the end was deffinetly stupid! I gave it three stars becasue 1. The suspense wasn't that bad. 2.It was kind of scary. 3.The part when...... ( I can't tell because then i would give out the answer, sorry) well, I hope this review is helpfull!!
Rating: Summary: Has Jenny Gone Crazy? Review: Jenny has gone to a hospital (for like crazy people) for a year. She was away from her normal life. Away from her friends. Now she's out of the hospital. Jenny's no longer afraid of Mr. Hagen coming back. Jenny and her mom moved to a new neighborhood. The woman next door wants her to baby-sit for her children. Jenny thinks she can handle it easily, so she baby-sits, but when she puts the kids to bed she hears noises and voices. At night she sees a little blond boy running in the back yard. She sees a sad girl. She hears animals howl. Is Jenny seeing things for sure, or is she just imagining it? You should read this book. It's a very cool book full of horror. It is totally different from "The Baby-Sitter", "The Baby-Sitter 2", and "The Baby-Sitter 3", but you'll like it.
Rating: Summary: THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD Review: The Babysitter 4 is the best book I've ever read apart from The Babysitter. You'll never be able to guess the root of all the horror going on as Jenny, in spite of what she's been advised, takes yet another babysitting job. Unlike the past books in the series, this one is totally different and original. It's not about murder and rage and craziness. It's about mysterious sightings, noises, and stories. What's happening to Jenny? Is she being deceived by her own mind, her own eyes, her own ears? Or is there something else going on? This book is suspensful and will keep you guessing till the end! Highly recommended! 5 STARS!
Rating: Summary: The First Triology Were A Character Gets Dumber Review: The first the Baby Sitters were some of R.L. Stine's most obvious mysteries. Anyone over thirteen with a halfway decent mind could usaully scrounge up who the scary murderer was.
Wait a second, did the so called murderers ever even murder anybody?
Well that doesnt matter, the murderer calls the main character "Babes", he must be evil! Right? Alright, so the whole mysterious murderer was mediocre, and a bit of a copy off of Scream, but entertaining netherless for a younger audience (which when I read this, I was). But what happens when you take out the mediocre bad man, stalker, murderer theme of the first one and throw in a ghost story instead?
You get a more mediocre plot, a devolved airhead main character, and actully the most predictable ending to the famous R.L. Stine's triology and possibly even his career. But that doesnt matter, nor my review, cause the damn thing still sells like pancakes at IHOP when an eldery tour group stops for breakfast. Still, R.L. Stine delivers generic but sometimes charming characters in his usaul, quick-to-act and detailed style.
If only they kept the bad man making the prank phone calls. Oh well, I guess well all just have to see puppets do just that on TV.
Rating: Summary: This One Was The Best. Review: The first three out of the Baby-Sitters series was sort of slow until you got to the middle and near the end of the books, but not part 4.This one was good from start to finish unlike the first three they where a little boring at parts.I guess in this case the fouth one is the charm.I recommend this book to anyone who has read the first three.Believe me this one is the one.
Rating: Summary: NOT WHAT I EXPECTED IT TO BE. Review: This book was very interesting from the beggining to end. It was not quite what I expected it to be until the woman Jenny babysits for said something about a child being murdered in the house before they movied in. I thought the babysitter was more interesting. I have not read part 2, or 3 but they both sounded interesting. I think R.L. Stine fans would love this book it had a very shocking ending though. I hope this review helps
Rating: Summary: YOU WILL BE SHOCKED!!! Review: Unlike the first three books of this series, this one has new characters and new horror. Mr. Hagen is history in this book. The first three novels of The Babysitter were good but it got boring when the same old Mr. Hagen keeps calling and stalking Jenny. But in this one, (part 4) Jenny has different problems. She babysits a next door neighbor's two twin boys and daughter. Neither of them are older than eight. With those three kids, Jenny is having creepy experiences again. She doesnt know who is responsible, but when you get to the ending, you will just totally faint with shock and horror. It totally got my head spinning. R.L. Stine proved how good of a writer he is with this book and I definitely reccomend this book to any age people who like utterly creepy novels with shocking conclusions!!! Read it today!!! I am 15 years old and after reading this I am sure that I'll be reading Stine books forever.
