Rating: Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Review: "The Babysitter IV" is the last book of the 4-book series. I was sad that I was finished with them, but they left me very satisfied. Each book was different and unique, but this one was even more different, which was good, because it was good to have something with a different twist. Anyone can enjoy this 4-book series, whether you're a pre-teen or 90 years old or anywhere in between - everybody deserves some fun some time or another. I enjoyed each and every one of these 4 books. As with the other 3 books, this book will keep you on the edge and your mind reeling.....
Rating: Summary: The past does not repeat it's self, she hopes!!! Review: Everybody knows the past can repeat it's self, but Jenny does'ent want to beleive that. When a horrible babysitting job landed her in the hospital last year she was sure she would never babysit again. But her nieghbor wants her to start babysitting for her. So Jenny gives in. Rating: Summary: Hey Babes, I'm Back! Review: EXCELLENT!!! The characters were same old, same old goofy Rick and serious Claire. I'm glad, because I just got over having nightmares from the last one. A must-read, I highly recommend it.-Ashlee, avid reader
Rating: Summary: Newest "Baby-sitter" book fails to reach its potential. Review: I don't know about everyone else, but it seems that this series just keeps getting worse. This is by far the worst book in the series, and there are several reasons for that. The first is the scare factor. Like The other two sequels, and unlike the origanal, this book fails to be scary. It just doesn't have any erie moments. Also, unlike the other books in this series, this one failed to entertain me altogether. The concept, as well as the characters, is bland. Another factor is credibility. I mean, how many terribly bad baby-sitting jobs can one have. My opinion is by the fourth book in the series, you need a new main character. This book seemed to be quickly thrown together to cash in on the baby-sitter series. This is not the best of Stine's novels, and is by far the worst of the Baby-sitter novels.
Rating: Summary: Different... Review: I like this book it's a bit differnt from the rest. Book one: was a bit slow but a all around good book. Book two: was the the charm of the series. Book three: was creepy but cool also. this book was supernaturel which was cool cause I do belive in ghost!
Rating: Summary: It is a very good book. Review: I read the Babysitter 3 first but the 4th is the best. Stine is an incredible author. It has to be hard to think up so many scary ideas for every book and never repeat
Rating: Summary: I thought that Babysitter part 5 was a good book Review: I read the first Babysitter in my library at school I thought it was so good I couldnt put it down in a matter of two days I was finished. I bought the series for a cheep cost when I read the second one it wasn't that good but I liked the last one which I just read. I thought it was really good I read it to my little sister and brother they loved it also...
Rating: Summary: OK Review: I read the first one and it was spooky! So then I checked out this from the school library and thought it would be great! But it wasn't really. I mean, I expected another killer, but just got ghost children instead.
Rating: Summary: Why ghost Children? Review: I read the first three babysitters. The first one was really spooky and the other two where ok i guess. So when i saw this one i thought it would be cool. But it was really bad,i mean r.l.stine just ran out of real murderers so he had to invent some wierd ghost kids.I hope he doesn't write the babysitter 5 because what murderer is he going to make up next?!
Rating: Summary: SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM THE FIRST THREE! Review: I read this book in three hours (with breaks in between of course. The very first in this series is still the very best, what I found so good about this story is that it is completely different from the first three. That is a good thing what RL Stine did, I mean another murderer would've gotten boring and damn why would everyone want to kill Jenny, that just would've been absurd. And the girl surely would have gone crazy for real. This story is so completely different and RL Stine added more supernatural stuff which made the book very scary and a very good read. I think it was a good final chapter on Jenny's babysit adventures. Like she also finally closed the book on it herself. RECOMMENDED!
