Summary: A Tragic Love!
Review: Emma Donovan, in an attempt to get her twin brother Charlie (to whom she is physciclly linked) to take her friend Val to a dance at their school, accepts his challenge to spend a night in the old, deserted house next door that is supposedly haunted. The Haunted Farmington House. But while there Emma meets the Farmington ghost, Daniel and she steps straight into a tragic love story between the stable boy Daniel and his lady love, the beautiful Emma Farmington. Emma's father is an abusive drunkard who disapproves of their relationshp. One night Emma's father locks Daniel and Emma in a barn and sets fire to it. But only one person escaped. Now Emma has to relive the whole tragic accident so Daniel's ghost can be at peace. Will Emma survive? What will happen with Charlie and Val?This was an excellent book. It was funny especially the dialouge between Charlie and Emma. And it was romantic. Great read!

Review: first off I'd like to say I loved this book. I actually picked it up because the cover looked cool and the guy on it looked cute. I think the romance that Emma "seen" from the past from the old house should be made into a book of its own. There is this house next door to charley and emma's house. (their twins and have a pysic conection) Charly dares emma to stay in the house fr a night. She accepts, but something happens, she finds herself in the past and caught up with traic love story that unfolds before her. She is the young woman who is in love with a stable man whome her father disagrees upon seeing. The father abuses her, they try to run away togather but the father locks them into the barn and sets fire to it. One of them survives. But which one? The stable man seem to fall in loce with emma, she looks like his emma lossed long ago. Its almost the anniversery of the fire. Two old woman in the neborhood tell emma she must die to save the souls of the man and woman. But is there another way? She finds her self falling more and more inlove with this man, but will she die for him? READ IT! YOU'LL BE SURPRSED! ITS A ROMANCE/ACTION BOOK!!

Review: I am a big fan of Richie's, and this book was really great! It gets started right away, with Emma spending the night in the house next door and reeannacting a tragic love. Then she is on a desperate quest to find all the answers.

Summary: The House Next Door--A Must-Read
Review: I found this book at my school's book fair when I was in the 7th grade. I read it and found it to be truly incredible. I read it about 5 more times after that, and each time it gave me chills. I reccommended it to 3 different friends, and I've loaned out my copy twice. T-H-N-D is truly a memorable story.

Review: I love this book! It only took me 1 day to read. You can not put it down! The ending was great but I still don't believe [it.] The "dreams" are written so good and the psychic connection between Emma and Charlie is so believe able. This recient book by R.T.C. is great and it is the first of her books I have read. I'm hooked now. If you haven't read any of her books this one should be your first. You won't regret it! Review: I loved this book so much. Its was so awesome. It's about this girl named Emma, who has a twin named Charlie and a best friend named Val. Emma and Charlie are connected in this weird, physcic kind of way; they can sometimes read each others thoughts and peek into their dreams and stuff. Val has this "secret" crush on Charlie, but Emma knows. Charlie also likes Val, and Emma also knows this because he makes it obvious to her. The thing is, he won't admit it, and theres this dance coming up, so Emma asks Charlie to ask Val. He says he will if she stays one night at this house next door. The Farmington house. Its supposedly haunted, and it really does freak them out. She really wants to win the bet, so she agrees and thats when all this weird stuff happens. You'll find out what happens when you read it!

Review: I loved this novel, it has suspense, love and adventure. Qualities I love in a book. A must read, it tells of a girl who's brother dares her to spend a night in the deserted house next door. She knows he thinks she will never do it, but she takes the dare and soon lives something she never thought would happen. A great ending to a great novel.
