Summary: about a kid that living with his uncle
Review: I like this book becouse it is a nerve racking book. This book is fun to read, has Sharks in it has a ocean in it, 2 Kids are in this books, and ships are hunting a Mermaid. I don't like this book becouse it's not scary, they live on a ship, they find the Mermaid, and the boy burns his feet. If you wanted this story to it could put you to sleep. I do think that people would enjoy this story if they like to read.

Summary: The mystery of the mermaid
Review: I remember when I was little and I liked Goosebumps' books and there was a new one and it had a shark on it and it was gonna be sweet, cuz I liked sharks too. But then I read it and it was about frickin mermaids! I was so pissed off. In fact, thinking about it now I'm still pissed off.

Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: a scary story
Review: I was addicted to these books when I was younger and it wasn't until I was majoring in education in college that I figured out why. They were interesting with bizarre plot twists that most 9-12 year olds don't think about and they were short (usually between 110-130 pages). I could read the whole thing in a day.

My parents also didn't have a lot of heartache with buying me a new book because these are relatively inexpensive (in the neighborhood of 3-5 bucks each).

R.L. Stine's "Goosebumps" books aren't scary, just kind of creepy. There aren't graphic descriptions of murder and mayhem. Just some ghosts, werewolves, or potions. The main character is alive in the end, and the final chapter resolves everything.

**Keep in mind, R.L. Stine has other books that aren't in the "Goosebumps" series that tend to be a little harsher when it comes to hauntings and plot. They are written more for the 12-14 age group and are longer (around 150-200 pages).

Summary: Goosebumps never scares me at all and this book was 30%
Review: It's not like Goosebumps to write about mermaids .The only thing scary is Alexander's spicy chicken sanwiches!

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: It's OK.
Review: Not good,but not bad

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: R.L.Stine, the king of suspense!
Review: Once again R.L.Stine shows his expertise at a good thriller that keeps the reader in suspense from the begining

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Fun in the sun.
Review: Rather than making you want to stay out of the water, Deep Trouble might inspire you to dive right in and explore the briny depths of the deep blue sea.

While taking their annual summer vacation with their scientist uncle (lovingly nicknamed Dr. D) Billy Deep and his sister Sheena get caught up in a hunt for a mermaid. Things take a turn for the worse when Billy actually finds one.

Deep Trouble is more of an adventure story than a horror yarn, but there is an intense run in with a hammerhead shark that's good for a shiver or two. Recommended reading for sea monster fans.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: good only for kids about 8-11
Review: the book maybe enticing to young kids but compared to great pieces by the authors shakespeare, lois lowry, louis sachar, and avi. I read the book about 3 times when i was young. It was ok. nothing scary, but it would make a great movie. i suggest you get it from the library instead of buying it because it WILL get boring.
