Rating: Summary: An end worth reading Review: It's amazing how a book can make you think so much. If you haven't the vampire series, don't read this, it won't make sense. But if you have, this is the book of a lifetime. The ending, which I won't give away, is not what you would expect. At first I was disapointed, and stunned, but then I cried. Sita gave us another surprise. I don't know how Pike thinks of these things, he must be a genius. Anyway, once again we hear a story of Sita's past, but this time it is a little different. She must make a choice, which isn't between heaven and heck, as the cover implies. Although you may be a little confused, it will all make sense. If you liked Seymour (who was my favorite), the epilouge is incredibly, unbeleivably sad.I always liked Krishna and the compassion he gave Sita, and this book tops it all off. Basically it is an ending you will never forget. Although I read it a few monthes ago, I still almost cry when I think about it. I think I always will.
Rating: Summary: Good story. Review: Liked the story. It is a good read and I suggest this book to any body
Rating: Summary: Perfect, except for the ending. Review: Mr. Pike, you have done better than ever before with this, and the whole series. I'm not saying I didn't like the ending, it was amazing, but it didn't fit with the rest of the book. I think that Sita really lives, but the ending doesn't seem like what really happended. If I say anything else, I will give away the book. But I think that these books, and a few others, are Christopher Pike's best. He has inspired me to be an author myself.
Rating: Summary: Remarkable!!! A definate 10!!! Review: Of all the books I've read, this one probably makes me think the most, but then all of Mr. Pike's books make me think. I agree with Mr. Pike when he says that me believes Sita herself wrote the story and not him. Although you are a talented author, I don't see how you could have come up with so many different twists in this book, but then what do I know? I cried at the end of this book, like I did with Evil Thirst. Mr. Pike made me question everything I believe in. And I thank him for that. I would like to see another author try and make a believable character as well as Mr. Pike did. I doubt it will ever be done. Sita seems so much a part of life, that you would expect to find her if you looked for her. But I think there is a little bit of her in most people, because she shows human nature: which is to fear and hate what it does not understand. I wish this series was made into a movie, so that we could really see Sita.
Rating: Summary: Wow Review: One of Pike's best! If you like the previous books, you will really enjoy this one.
Rating: Summary: ONE OF PIKE'S MANY GREATS!!! Review: One word describes this book: GREAT. This is a true Pike 'style' book. This is a great ening to the amazing adventures of Sita and her friends. Although this is a good book, I'm sad to hear there won't be more of the Last Vampire series. If you havn't read this book yet, then you should do yourself a favor and read it today! By the way, if there are any other Pike fans out there, feel free to e-mail me.
Rating: Summary: An amazing ending Review: Out of all of Pike's books, this one is the best one I've read. I love the whole vampire series and found all of them enjoyable, but this is the BEST. I won't give away the ending, but I'll say it is a surprise you wouldn't suspect Sita to have up her sleeve. It is very well written and although sometimes it's a bit mind boggling, it's worth it. It is definately his most thought provoking book. PS If you liked Krishna's role in the books, you'll like this.
Rating: Summary: A FANTASTIC ENDING TO 6 OF THE BEST BOOKS EVER MADE!!! Review: The Last Vampire 6 was next to the best in the series. I thought the first was the most out-standing. The ending is the best!!! I couldn't have written it better myself and I can't think of any better one. Any Pike fan who doesn't read this series is down right crazy. THIS NEEDS TO BE MADE INTO A MOVIE!!!
Rating: Summary: Incredible book! Review: The Last Vampire series is by far the best groop of books that I have ever read. They are so captivating that I could barely ever put them down."Creatures of Forever" is an unbelievable conclusion to Christopher Pike's thrilling series, it had such a good ending because it left me satisfied with the results. I've read the entire series twice, and I would even read it again.
Rating: Summary: Midsummer Night Review: The whole series took me about 3 years to read, even though I thoroughly enjoyed the books I didn't have much time for constant catching up. The Last vampire series is one of my all time favorites. When I'm in a situation I'd think, what wouls Alisa(Sita) do (other than kill). I totally bonded with her and her pain hurt me too. When I read the 6th novel on the train, I was shocked with the ending. I kept on looking for more pages, but... Wish there were more. I wish for an Oxford Dictionary size Sita novel. I really do. And even though I'm in college and I read Freud and other thinkers, I still go to the bokstore and charge five Pike books at a time. I love reading them on the train going to school. The last book minght not be the best, but it was awesome. I just love them all. Everyone else-enjoy! thank you fo rreading.
