Summary: I loved it,when I was done, I had to find the next one
Review: Dawn is suddenly taken away from her loving family and forced into a new one without anyone to love her. she just hopes and prayes her Jimmy will come back to him and save her fron the evil curse of the Cutlers.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: One of her usual masterpieces.
Review: Dawn by V.C. Andrews is not her most original book, but it still has her usual charisma and charm which make her a great author. While I think Secrets of the Morning is a better storyline, Dawn is still a grade A performance. My only holdup is the fact that this is not an original plot. We see this particular plot in some of her other books, specifically Ruby,(well I guess that would be Ruby copying Dawn) but it's still overused. Poor girl moves in with rich family...

Summary: Dawn wasn't original!!!
Review: I'm was so dissappointed in Dawn. I knew what was going to happen to Dawn from the first chapter on to the last. It was so predictable, i.e long lost rich family, incest, a grandmother who hates her, and a weak mother and father. Before it was "revealed" I knew she was dating her brother. I also knew her brother was going to still want to carry on their relationship. And the sister hating her, now that was a stretch of the imagination, NOT! This story was so predictable, maybe because the Andrews family won't let the writers stray to far V.C. Andrews original Flowers in the Attic series.

Summary: I loved "Dawn"!!!!
Review: What made "Dawn" so good was the everlasting suspence of Elisa killing John Dawson. The traditional Jewish beleifs added another domention to this fabulous book. The endding to this book was one of the most supprising ones I've ever read.

Summary: I could not put it down!
Review: I thought this book was very good. It was the second book in my whole life that I really wanted to read. The first book I could not put down was Flowers in the Attic. The whole Cutler series was good and I have to admit I did cry. So I very highly recomend this book.

Rating: 5 stars

Andrews and now i have read every book and out of every series that she has ever written and i love all of them. i especially loved dawn because it was very interesting and is what made me want to read everyother book V.C. Andrews has written.

Summary: I WAS ADDICTED TO IT !!!
Review: I loved this book!!! It was my first V.C. Andrews book and I am now addicted to her books! Dawn is so great and it is horrible what she has to go through at such a young age. I really felt as if I was Dawn. I even cried when she was told the real story of her past. People everywhere should read this book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Dawn, best book
Review: I'm 12 and I think the Cutler family series is great! The suspense is all there in these books! I couldn't put it down! It's very descriptive and has great content! I never knew what was going to happen next. It's definetely a must have for any V.C Andrews reader or anyone who likes books. The Cutler series and the Dollanger series are a bit alike in a few ways but also so different in others. If you like the Dollanger series this would be a great novel for you.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: Slightly weaker, yet still palatable
Review: DAWN(actually the whole Cutler series) was one of the weakest novels by the author, which I attribute to the ghost writer's "settling into the original author's style". Many events that took place in the book were exactly the same as those in HEAVEN and FLOWERS IN THE ATTIC. I would _not_ recommend DAWN to someone who has never read any of V.C. Andrews novels. However, the novel still had enough originality to keep die hard Andrews fans interested, as well as regular fans. Overall, DAWN had some disappointments, yet the book is still worth a good day's read.
