Rating: Summary: Good book, even though it's not based on a game. Review: Resident Evil: Underworld is a great book, it's very scary, (WARNING: Diapers and night light not included) there are new characters, new monsters, more action. Plus Trent shows up once or twice. So far, I've read this, Code Verionca, Nemesis, and I'm currently reading The Umbrealla Conspiracy, book one. This one is a original Res Evil novel like Calabain Cove and will probably never be made into a video game as there are no zombies, just grunts that Claire Redfeild, Rebecca Chambers, andthe British guy, David, kill. Even though there are no zombies, or at least I don't remember any, there are alot of new mutants, including Terydacals, and a fish-like dinosaur creature, and an evil guy, Mr. Blue. Well it's a good book, not the best, Nemesis is better, but this is very good.

Rating: Summary: Just plain great! Review: I read this book a year ago and i'm finaly writing a review.I have heard that some people hate this book because there are no zombies. I think it was a good to have the characters worry about wierd monsters, an evil villan (who is cool cuz he goes kind of crazy) and dudes with guns. The thing I liked the most about this book is that it goes into more detail of character's relationships (Leon and Claire). Which is interesting cuz I want to see their relationship grow stronger. I can't wait to reaad more, this series help me discover what type of books I like, those books are goreish blooding action type books they can be based on video games and have a little romance.
Rating: Summary: Amazing conclusion to a intresting series! Review: I have read all four of the resident Evil books and beaten all 3 games. The books go into a lot more detail than the games and really helps you understand the story line. The final book in the series (thus far) is definately the most amazing. "Underworld" is a MUST READ for any true Resident Evil fan. The newly formed assult group goes to a new secret lab in Utah with the intent to steal a laptop computer that they hope will give them the upper hand in the battle against the Umbrella corperation. What they expect is a walk through the park, what the get is as far from it as possible....
Rating: Summary: More of a side story to the novel series Review: Resident Evil: Underworld, the fourth installment in S.D. Perry's novelizations of the popular video game, finds the City of the Dead survivors (Leon and Claire) meeting up with Caliban Cove's survivors (Rebecca, David, and John) and infiltrating an underground Umbrella testing base. The group is thrown face first as would be test subjects against a handful of Umbrella's grotesque mutated beasts, and the novel ends with more of a whimper than a bang. Underworld is undoubtadly the least compelling installment in the novel series, and it works best as more of a side story to the events between City of the Dead and Nemesis. The stunning revelations about Trent towards the end of the book is worth the price of admission here alone, but otherwise keep this at the bottom of your Resident Evil novel wish list.
Rating: Summary: Resident Evil Original Review: After reading the first three I new this one would be good, and I was right. The STARS team up again and get on a plane to europe, but they are hyjacked and taken into the desert for a mission undergound. A massive facility for testing monster created with the T and G viruses has been set up, and some of the STARS must make their was through four different enclosures. A jungle, A rocky canyon, a desert and a city block - each filled with horrable monsters.
Rating: Summary: A so-so book that is a fill in between the games. Review: I was a little dissappointed in this book. I had read all the other ones in the series and loved them. But this book really didnt do it for me. It didnt scare me like the other ones. I would read this book to keep you going on what is happening in the S.T.A.R.S lives, but dont expect to be freaked out.
Rating: Summary: Resident Evil-Underworld Review: I have read all three previous books of the Resident Evil Series, and i have concluded that Underworld has definately lived up to it's potential. The book starts off with an action packed chase scene and keeps you on the edge of your seat till the very last page. I couldn't put the book down, i was up from 11pm to 4 am reading it, because i knew that if i put it down, i wouldn't be able to sleep till i knew what happened. Hats off to S.D. Perry for creating such a great series of books that live up to the name "Resident Evil", and i hope there are plenty more to come.
Rating: Summary: GOOD BOOK! GOOD GAME? Review: Don't get me wrong when I say this but Resident Evil: Underworld would not be a good game at all. The book by-passes the deal with killing zombies. The book does add some other characters and mutated animals like the Spiter (spits an acid to the victims eyes), the Scorps (overgrown scorpians that don't die easyly) and Fossil (a Bad @ss Tyrant that likes to eat flesh) You meet a guy named "Mr. Blue" and get scoop on the mysterios Mr. Trent. Otherwise It's a must have book!
Rating: Summary: GOOD BOOK. GOOD GAME? Review: Resident Evil: UnderWorld was a great book, but it wouldn't be a great game. It by-passes the part of killing zombies and such but adds mutated animals like the spitters (which are very dangerous in this book) and puts a flesh-hunrgy TYRANT called Fossil because of its looks. Otherwise its a must have book. Thats why I gave it 5 S.T.A.R.S.!
