Rating: Summary: The Baby-sitter Review: The babysitter was a wonderful book. It is about a girl named Jenny who takes up a babysitting job for Mr. and Mrs. Hagen's son named Donny. The house is strange because it has been around for a long time. Jenny finds out that there have been a few attacks on babysitters in the neighborhood. Jenny starts getting strange threatening phone calls that says that a person is coming for her. To make it even scarier she meets the Hagen's neighbor, Willers. She soon finds out that he really isn't the neighbor. To find out what happens get this book.
My opinion of the book is that it was a great story that will keep you guessing until the end. The Babysitter is scary, exciting, thrilling, and interesting. If you want a good scare in the night then this is the book that you want.

Rating: Summary: a very suspenseful book Review: Have you ever wondered how horrible babysitting could be? I'm not talking about the kids either. In the book, "The Babysitter", Jenny Jeffers runs into some babysitting problems, literally. The man she is babysitting for is acting weird, she is getting creepy phone calls, and every time they say the same thing "Hi babes it's me!" Jenny doesn't know who it is or why her or even what they want with her. All she knows is that they won't stop and that they keep getting her more scared every time. If you want to know more about it read the book. And the more books you read the more you'll like it. So I'll recomend that if you read the first book also read books, 2,3,4. When you read books by R.L. Stine, he has a way to suck you in and not let go untill the end of the book. So read them all to get a complete scare!!!
