Rating: Summary: Finally a Good Vampire Review: This book was one of the best books about vampires I've read so far . It's not one of those books where the vampire is tortured , doesn't accept himself or stand himself. Ethen is in control , mysterious , powerful , and sexy. He's one of those characters you automatically fall in love with .The book is an off-beat love story and a story you will remember long after you've read it .
Rating: Summary: Inapproprite Material in Vampire Book Review: I am a middle school English teacher and I found this book to be interesting reading as an adult, however inappropriate for young adults. The sexual references are too explicit and the blood and gore is too much for some students to handle. Teachers should seriously consider before using this book in a school setting.
Rating: Summary: Great book Review: This is one of the best Vampire books I've ever read. It's nice to see a Vampire totally at peace with himself. (The moral issue in vampires is nice but sort of gets old with the first 3 books) Of course I hated the ending but I guess its just Vivian Vande Velde's style. This is my second favorite book. First being Dragon's Bait. If you get this book you have to get Dragon's Bait too
Rating: Summary: Companions of the Night Review: Companions of the Night is my favorite book. I couldn't put it down. It gives a realistic twist to a piece of vampire fiction.
Rating: Summary: Companions of the Night Review: This is seriously the best book I have ever read. It seemed so real and really deepened my interest in vampire books. There were so many gut-renching parts in it. It is a wonderful romance with an ending that made me cry.
Rating: Summary: This is the best book Review: This is my Favorite bookever a good one to read the teenage phyco vampire feel to it and who the hell thaugt that hed be nice?
Rating: Summary: I love this book! Review: When a girl reaturns home to find her family gone, and the only person that can help her is a vampire what will she do? Read this book to find out. It is a very good story!
Rating: Summary: Good book. Review: Wow this was a great book. I bought it in my last purchase. It looked interesting so I decided to get it. I'm into Vampiers and that kind of stuff anyway. I'm not going to tell you what the book was about because I figure there are enough reviews doing that. I'm going to tell you how I liked it. I had dreams about this book for weeks after finishing it. I've never been one for thinking Vamps are bad. This book kind of gave a look into the side of the Vampier. It was almost like a "Interview with a Vampier". (I loved that book and the movie.) This book was deffinatly geared more for a younger age. (although I'm not saying older people won't like it. It was just alittle bit more mild. A lot less blood and gore. But some to make it suspensful.) I would recommend it to any who likes a fun book.
Rating: Summary: What A Book! Review: When I read this book, I was astounded by the eloquent use of wording, suspense, mystery, romance and the underlying theme of trust and betrayal. We can all relate to Kerry and her secret desire to have someone to love and admire, and Ethan's inner turmoil over Regina's horrific death. this is a must for your own home library! If you like romance, adventure, and a knuckle-whitening ending twist, this is the book for you!
Rating: Summary: A great book! Review: I really liked the book. I found the character Ethan to be a little annoying by not ever answering Kerry's questions, but I guess that kept the aura of mystery around him. A sequel would be great!
