Rating: Summary: HORRIBLE! Review: I think only about 3 chapters in the book were worth reading. The story started out ok, but then it was just page after page of irrelevant nonsense! There was too much going on--half the book could've been edited out without losing the story. I was never able to get a hold of where this book was going. I could see how the writer ATTEMPTED to have readers feel sympathy for the characters...but it just didn't happen. The storyline was ridiculous & towards the last few chapters, I found myself RUSHING through the sentences just to get the book over with! FINALLY, when the ending came, it confirmed my thoughts that this book was a waste of my time.
Rating: Summary: Everybody should read V.C. Andrews!! Review: I think this book is so great! V.C. Andrews is very talented and i believe she knows the style what kinda books people like. especially girls. Cat, Misty, Star, and Jade spend another year with each other and explain all of their secrets that they didnt tell Dr. Marlowe! I always want to pick up my book and find out what happens! That is how good this book is! I also HIGHLY recommend you read Web Of Dreams. But do not read the rest of the series because it is confusing and there are way too many characters and you get VERY lost. So many people find out they are related and everything and it is just plain confusing as hell. I LOVED INTO THE GARDEN AND I SUGGEST IT TO EVERYONE!! you will share laughter, drama, tears, smiles, horror with all the characters of the wildflowers girls!
Rating: Summary: GOOOOOD BOOK Review: I thought this novel was very well written and quite interesting.I have read all the Wilflo- ers books and I have to say that this book is the best by far!I own many other books written by V.C. Andrews, also.I recommend this book for anyone who has ever read a V.C. Andrews novel and enjoyed it. Hope ya like this book as much as I did!
Rating: Summary: Into the Garden Review: I thought this series was excellent! I was highly disappointed with the "Runaways" series but there was no diappointment with this one! The only thing slightly negative I have to say about this final book in the series is toward the middle it became slightly.....cluttered. It was one thing after another. But all in all a wonderful read.
Rating: Summary: THIS vc andrews book is goo but what about the rest of them Review: I was beginning to get worried that the VC Andrews style was going, it was broght back in this book. I am upset about themini series thing, very un-vc andrews! I prefer the whole series to be page turning and thick like this book, but not like this series.
Rating: Summary: One of the GREATEST books I've read all year! Review: I've read several VC Andrews series, and this is one of her best! The story all ties together, and everytime your heart slows down after one twist they throw another at you, and it gets more exciting each time! It was a VERY fun read. I actually felt like I was one of the girls, and it felt like I was living in their adventures! It was AMAZING! I recommend it to everyone!
Rating: Summary: Good reading for a rainy day Review: Into the Garden by V.C. Andrews was a great book, up until the ending. The plot was good and the friends reminded me so much of my group of friends. The ending, though, sort of happened so fast that I felt the author was trying to hurry and finish the book so she could get another out. The Epilogue filled me in, but that last chapter needed a little more work, I think. Otherwise, it was a fantastic book. I couldn't put it down!
Rating: Summary: WOW! Review: Into the Garden has done justice to this series and VC Andrews. I read the whole series and every page of every book was great. Misty, Jade, Star and Cat were about 4 teen girls that are in therapy and each book is each one telling their story. Each book brings them closer. the final book Into the Garden brings them all together outside of their therapy. Where they learn to become friends. They form a club called the OWP's. They all have a surpise packed in this book but the biggest one of all is one of them looses a parent and ask the others for help. What do they do? Who do they turn to? The ending has a suprising twist. you will have to read this book. I feel if you read the whole series you will have a greater satisfaction with this book.
Rating: Summary: Could Be Better Review: Into the Garden is a decent book, but the authors could have written in more of Andrews' style. I felt that the whole idea of having four characters being brought together from different backrounds was good, but I really didn't like the miniseries idea. Could be better
Rating: Summary: Best V.C. Andrews novel in a long time Review: Into the garden is really good, in fact one of the best V.C. Andrews novels in a long time. I didn't like the rest of the wildflower series, but this book made up for it. I was also glad because of the variety of characters in this book, there is a black girl and a not so thin girl. All of V.C. Andrews characters are usually the same size six white girls, but this book had some variety. What I didn't like about this book is Jade and her hollier-than thou I'm rich and you're not attitude. Overall the book is good, and the ending is dramatic, sweet, and in a way sad. I recommend this book if you are a true VC Andrews fan. I know a lot of people have stop reading VC Andrews novels because of the drab miniseries runaways and wildflowers, but this book is V.C. Andrews true style. I heard the next series Rain is back to VC Andrews true style too
