Summary: A King Original
Review: It's a King original alright. It(Out of many of Kings books ) is very original. The has A Horrifying ending an is one of the best books I've ever read (Even Better than the movie). Don't watch the movie, either because it will ruine the book for you though. Over all It is one of his earlier Books (When he had new ideas)and is mostly thought of as a prodogy but It was a true original yo me.

Summary: The Most Disturbing Ending of any Stephen King Book
Review: I liked this book. A lot. Stephen King is good at writing lengthy novels that don't really scare, but make you think "Hey, that was pretty damn cool". This book isn't very long; but that seems to be of little importance. The fact is that of all the books Stephen King has written, this is the one with the scariest ending. Gypsy curses and the overall moral message of the book "You Are Responsible For Your Actions!" all come to a nice crescendo. An actual feeling of horror (ok, maybe not horror but a feeling of unease) sticks with you after you read the book. There is actual impact in retrospect of this book. It will bother you (provided you possess a soul). By the way, DO NOT SEE THE MOVIE FIRST!!!! It will ruin the book. Read the book first, then watch the horrible movie. If not for anything other than the small part the author plays.

Summary: This book kicked ***
Review: This book rocks. It had me on the edge of my seat all the time, I couldn't put it down. I finished reading the book faster than any other book I've ever read

Summary: Excellent traditional horror from the master of it all
Review: This is a fine old novel in the tradition of those movies King talks about in "Danse Macabre" ("The Man With X-Ray Eyes" etc). It's hard to find something truly scary about this--I think the real key to its success is just what the gypsies can DO to you. A classic horror tale told in the same classy tradition of "Pet Sematary". Goes ideally with "Sematary" into any horror collection. King's novellas at their best.

Summary: Great!
Review: This book is really good. I strongly recommend it to King fans. The gypsy makes the book pretty creepy, and it has alot of suspense. Though slow in some parts STICK WITH IT! You won't regret it, especially when you get to the ending.

Summary: Boring
Review: This books was so boring. Another novel by Stephen King that fails to scare the reader and fails to be good. Why not write more books like IT and Carrie that were actually good!! King usually does an ok job, but this time he totally missed the boat.

Summary: A letdown.
Review: This book was intresting and suspenseful, for the most part atleast. I thought that the characters in it were intresting (with the exception of Genilli...it's so refreshing when writers stay away from racial stereotypes), that it was fairly well writen, and the story was reasonably compelling. The problem with the book is the ending. The ending was a complete letdown. The problem is, and I don't want to give away anything here, that you can't empathise with the main character's decision in any way. The movie isn't very good either, though I did like that the decision that he made at the end made a bit more sense. Anyways, I say that you read through the book, get to about the end, and make up your own ending. It'll be far more satisfying.

Summary: A great novel for the "King" of Horror.
Review: "Thinner" was an excellent novel by Stephen King, the true Master of horror. Although, I must recommend people with anorexia may steer clear of this one.....;) I hav'nt seen the movie, but I hope it's as good as the novel. King truely makes his charecters surreal, combines them into realistic dialouge, and puts in to question whether he is really a "horror" writer or not. A great book, all in all.

Summary: Fantastic!
Review: This audiobook was so entertaining that I didn't want it to end. Joe Mantegna is excellent and one of the best narrators I have heard so far. The book was scary and fun all at the same time. It made me want to stay in my car and listen to this audiobook ALL THE TIME! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

Summary: Yawn
Review: K I thought this book was ok, but it needed more action. All it was talking about Billy's adventures. No gore, no action, no a lot of suspense. I felt that it was really slow and didn't keep me interested. The ending got pretty good, which is why I give it 3 stars, but I don't think that this was King's best book. It was short, which was a plus, but overall, boring and unable to hold me.
