Rating: Summary: The book was awesome!! Review: The book was very interesting, and full of discription and suspence. It is very cool about the astral projection, and how her twin is trying to take her body. I think it was an awesome book and Lois should keep up the great work!!
Rating: Summary: Lois Duncan Rules!!! Review: I loved this book! I couldn't put it down until it was done. Lois Duncan is my all time favorite author. Some others she has written that I love are The third eye, Don't look behind you, Down a dark hall, Locked in time, I know what you did last summer, and Killing Mr.Griffen
Rating: Summary: The Best Yet Review: I thought that this was Lois Duncan's best book! Not only was it interesting, but I couldn't put it down. I was terrified of any kind of mystery before I started reading Lois Duncan books, now that is all I read!
Rating: Summary: Extraordinary and haunting Review: I first read this book in high school. This launched me on a search for information about astral projection and practical techniques so I could find out for myself. The novel itself was beautiful, and Ms. Duncan's descriptions and masterful way of building atmosphere were only a few of the many things that I enjoyed about this book. Twelve years after reading it, I still recall the story vividly. Thank you, Ms. Duncan.
Rating: Summary: It was a good suspense story Review: I thought this was a ggod book but it took to long to get to the main point. This book moved to slowly to keep my attention the whole time.
Rating: Summary: RM14 This was a Very Good book Review: This was a good book, but there was something about the ending that just wasn't kosher. I mean, all these happeings and such were occuring and keeping me up to read it, but when it came time for Laurie to defeat her sister, it went too quickly and it wasn't suspenseful. Ms.Duncan, you might want to think about putting some more suspense in the end of your novel, insted of just getting through it.---- Rachel
Rating: Summary: Best book Yet! Review: Stranger with my face a extrodunary book. It was about a young teenage girl who had trouble with her friends and family for things she didn't do or go to. They all saw they saw her there or she did something to them. Who is doing this to Laurie?? Find out and read this book it's a book you can put down!
Rating: Summary: Still one of my favorite books Review: I read this book when I was in high school. and like all the other readers I was very interested in astral projection. This book answered some of my questions. Also it opened alot of others. one of my favorite parts was the way that it ended, when you really found out who it was and where she was, that was causing so much havic in laurie's life. Anyway it is a very good book that I could read over and over. I've already read it five times and I still love it. However this is what happens when a good author and a good publisher get together.
Rating: Summary: still the best mystery I've ever read Review: I read this book when I was about 10 years old and I was absolutely enthralled. I remember thinking how fascinating astral projection was and wanting to know more about it. Here was this incredible book, a real page-turner and it was teaching me something--who knew? STRANGER WITH MY FACE is still the best mystery I've ever read!
Rating: Summary: One of my childhood favorites! Review: I read this book when I was in elementary school and I've been secretly fascinated by astral projection ever since. I wouldn't call it Horror- definitely Mystery with just a touch of Nancy Drew sleuthing. And when the evil twin is seen out on the beach kissing Lori's boyfriend, well that was just the last straw!
