Rating: Summary: Better Than I Expected Review: I got Diablo 2 a couple months ago and got hooked automatically. I have played so much and just LOVE the game. So I decided to get this book. I thought it would be pretty good, but not as good as it turned out to be. I didn't fully appreciate it until I did a lil' research. Not to give ne thing away but Bartuc and Horazon ARE brothers and they both aren't just made up for this book. I thought Bartuc at least was just made up for this book but he wasn't.If I spoiled anytihng I am very sorry but I just wanted to ay that so anyone who gets this will get that and fully appreciate the story. I'd get this if I were you And I'd get the next Diablo 2 book coming out in August; The Black Road. Happy reading!
Rating: Summary: A chilling tale that will keep you in it's grasp Review: I have never played the Diablo games. So when I picked up this book I had no idea what to expect. As the pages kept turning I was enthralled in a tale about one mans quest to achieve the armor of a demon General, and anothers to remove the evil armor. The evil army is searching for this armor and will stop at nothing to get it. Meanwhile the cursed man who wheres it is unaware of the power it beholds, all he knows is that it killed his friends and others along the way. As the two travel the armor is in a way ordering the man to the final piece, the helemt which the one seeking the armor possess. in the end this chilling book is one to keep. Now I am currently rerading Diablo 2 Black Road and I am pleased still. Buy now.

Rating: Summary: A Great Book to begin a Series!! Review: I think Legacy of Blood was a great book by Richard Knaak. The discriptions are very thorough and very realistic, in terms of fantasy of course. The characters were well described at the beginning of the novel. I really enjoyed the format, in which each set was put; the characters were done set by set, for example, it does a part of the story about Kara Nightshadow, the Necromancer, another about Norrec Vizharan, who is the main "attraction" of the novel, and last about General Malevolyn. Knaak is known for his exciting books from the Dragonlance series. There is only one thing that I didn't so much like. Its the beginning, it is hard to catch onto the storyline, but by the second chapter it becomes clear., this comment is not a negative like some may think but a "neutral" so to speak.
Rating: Summary: EXcellent Review: I thought it was an excellent book full of suspense and action I would reccomend it to anyone who likes fantasy/scary storys!
Rating: Summary: Tight Work Review: I thought this was a very good book. The way that the author describes everything in such detail made it easy for me to picture the Warlord of Blood in my head. I also thought that in the book there are three different stories that come together at the end. Very well done, one of the best I have read.
Rating: Summary: Exelent book, you don't have to play diablo to get this book Review: I was a little wary about buying a book based on a game because I thought it would be very juvenile and just based on the game with no real plot, however this book is nothing like that. This book is truly an amazing piece of litature. I enjoyed this book so much that I have recomended it too many people and so far they have all enjoyed it as much as I. Knaak's writing was very discriptive so it made everything all the move amazing. The book takes place in the Diablo world (the exaxct place is not mentioned) Norrec (main charcter) finds him self in a tomb looking for gold. However this tomb holds something much worse that he cannot control and will ultimatly destroy his mind if he does not do something. The story will hook you in the first chapter, and not let you out untill the final word of the book. Diablo fans will love this book, it will take the apprication for the game to an interialy new level. But anyone can enjoy this book. It is a must read.
Rating: Summary: ROCKS! Review: I'm an avid fan of the game! Being so, this book just came alive for me. (In fact, I just posted the review to the expansion pack version of the game Diablo II.) The story is told in a way that I can relate with the hero of the tale, as if I were watching someone else play a game. Of course, there were a few things off, but hey, the book is BASED on the game. Authors are allowed to add a few things or juggle just a bit. Action packed and full of hold-onto-your-seat action! Highly recommended!
